Dr. Kit Yeng Lim

My daughter saw Dr Kit Lim for migraines. She did not display compassion for the pain my daughter was feeling. She is mostly about prescribing medication then moving on to another patient. My daughter did not get relief from the prescription and dose Dr Lim prescribed and Dr Lim was not available to discuss what to do next. She did not give us a migraine plan to follow then was very condescending when we tried additional therapies. Providence won't let us change doctors. Now going to OHSU.

Our young son had unfortunately experienced a seizure. We obviously care deeply for him, and wanted to weigh pros and cons, as well as alternative options, before putting him on seizure medication. Dr. Lim knew little about alternative options and was, in effect, demeaning toward us for bringing these up. If you're interested in having a conversation with a neurologist about alternatives to pharmaceuticals, Dr. Lim may not be the person to see.
