Dr. Kirk A. Wilcox

Dr Wilcox always takes time with his patients and actually listens to them.

I am Dr. Wilcox’s patient (20+yrs. ) and for the most part I am SATISFIED with my care.

He never hesitates to send you to a specialist if he feels it is needed. He has been mine and my husbands primary care doctor since the early 90’s and he is the most caring and allows time for his patients than any doctor we have had in the past.

This man's office staff gives him a poor name....

The first 2 days I tried to call and set up an appointment I could not get anyone to answer the phones, 3rd day when someone did answer she was not pleasant to talk to AT ALL. Next day when I called back to ask a question was asked to wait... 20 minutes later i just hung up. I will NEVER be back to the doctor or office.

Dr. Wilcox is a good doctor. Unfortunately, his office staff (including the Office Manager) is terrible. They don't do what they say they will do, they are rude and they are far from customer/patient oriented. I will miss Dr Wilcox. I will not miss his office staff.

Dr. Wilcox has been my doctor for over 20 years and I highly recommend him.

I've been going to Dr. Kirk Wilcox for about 8 years. I'm happy he is with the Erlanger network. The ease of making appointments, looking at test results, my conditions, etc. They also have a walkin for patients who need to be seen that day without an appointment. Dr. Wilcox has an excellent team and I highly recommend him.

This guy saved my life by finding heart murmur missed by other drs

Very caring and takes time to let the patient voice his concerns.

You never have to wait a long time in the waiting room. After you go back to a room it doesn't take you long to be seen. He is extremely patient and listens to all your concerns. You don't feel rushed through the appointment like you do with some doctors. Would Highly recommend him!

Wilcox is a good doctor but he does not spend enough time with you. I was to make another appointment if I wanted him to answer more questions. His assistant can be very rude with and in your face attitude but overall Dr. Wilcox is a good doctor.

My personal, and our family primary care physician for more than fifteen years. Thorough and accurate in his diagnostics, and very balanced in his patient care. I am very grateful to have myself and my family under his care.

He is very caring and concerned about his patients. He takes the time and listens, answers your questions and explains your results and anything you don't understand. I have personally called and left a message for him to call me, not the nurse and he returned my call within minutes. I am very pleased with him and all the staff in the office. They are all very kind.
