Dr. Richardson doesn’t rush you and explains everything in detail. A very compassionate Doctor. Highly recommend her.

Dr. Richardson is a bright, experienced, through practitioner who takes time with her patents and addresses every concern. I have been so consistently impressed by the care provided by Dr. Richardson, that encouraged my wife to become a patient... there is no higher recommendation than that. Indeed, she is the primary reason I remain with the Einstein System.

Dr. Kimberly Richardson is the greatest! I love going to her office they treat you so well there. She is truly a blessing to the community.

It has taken me awhile to think of how to express my disappointment as Dr. Richardson as my PCP. When I first met her- she seemed attentive &caring...however, she completely dropped the ball as a primary health care provider and I switched Doctors after I found just how negligent she was regarding my care. I went to Dr. Richardson with concerns regarding severe GI symptoms . Dr. Richardson ordered bloodwork to "see what's going on" and she simply NEVER followed up. I assumed my results must have been okay with the lack of follow up. When I had a follow up medication appointment with Dr. Richardson, I inquired about my blood work results & she seemed flustered and quickly looked at my labs telling me "everything checked out okay. THANKFULLY I had a PPO insurance plan and followed up with a GI with the bloodwork results Dr. Richardson had ordered. When the GI read the results of my bloodwork (that Dr. Richardson had ordered!!!) she was immediately ALARMED & ordered additional testing- noting that my bloodwork came back with all sorts of abnormal markers. It turned out I have a SEVERE, CHRONIC autoimmune disease that if left untreated I could have died. If you have any regard for follow up from a PCP- DO NOT GO HERE. You WILL get lost in the shuffle & your health will suffer!! I still struggle with thinking where I would be today had I just listened to Dr. Richardson who told me that my bloodwork results that she had ordered was "just fine". You should be able to trust that your primary care doctor will follow up with you if the labs they ordered have ANY concerns & not lie to your face that you are fine because they realized they did NOT follow up (either that or she cant read lab results properly??). Right after my appointment with the specialist I switched doctors and never went back to Dr. Richardson. Absolutely appalling... HORRIBLE CARE!!! Dr. Richardson is the best doctor I have ever met. I truly can’t say anything more positive about my experience as her patient. She is a 10 out of 10 as a Doctor. Explains everything in detail, listens intently to everything, calm demeanor and never rushes. She doesn’t stop until we find the answer and gives great advice. I have be going to see Dr Richardson for ten years. She is great. She listens to me and I don’t feel rushed. If I ask for an alternative path to deal with an issue she will give me one. I highly recommend Kimand her staff. Above board and professional.

If there were no stars I would give her that. I do not recommend her to ANYONE. She misdiagnosed me after I had a SEVERE allergic reaction. She did not take her time to thoroughly examine me and just diagnosed me visually. After several months of taking medications and not having any affect on me, I ended up seeing a dermatologist who ran several tests and determined I had a severe allergic reaction to certain chemicals in lotions and body wash that touch my skin. The dermatologist also informed me i was misdiagnosed which is why the medications were not having any affect on me. Because of Dr. Richardson I wasted valuable time and money on a situation that could have been handled differently if she would have just been more thorough and cared about my health. Dr. Richardson is a great doctor with great bedside manner. My only complaint is her returning calls or emails. I've been waiting on results from a test for over two weeks. I've called 4 times and I'm still waiting for my results. Why get a test done if results are never going to be shared. October 5, 2018 - a month since my test. Have called 7 times, haven't received a call back. If I die from not having my potential issue treated because I wasn't given the results, would a lawyer be able to make a case for malpractice? Dr. Richardson is a great doctor with great bedside manner. My only complaint is her returning calls or emails. I've been waiting on results from a test for over three weeks with two calls and two emails into the office and yet still no reply :(

Best Doctor around.

Doctor Richardson is an amazing doctor. She has taken care of me for years and I respect her and trust her implicitly. She has changed my life for the better and I appreciate all the care and empathy she has shown me.

Love Dr. Richardson! Always kind and caring. Takes her time with you and is very thorough. Highly recommend.

Dr. Richardson is very caring. Never rushed and listens to your every concern. The most professional Doctor I have been to in my 62+ years. She is a great asset to the practice.

Dr. Kimberly Richardson is amazing. She takes her time to discuss any of your concerns, walk through any questions and answers thoroughly. You don’t seem rushed in her office and she accommodates you the best she can. I just made her my primary doctor. She’s great and very professional.

I've seen Dr. Richardson only once but she helped resolve a problem my previous PCP and a dermatologist did not recognize, despite it being a common problem. She took the time to listen, ask questions and answer my questions. Very personable, relaxed and easy to communicate with. I'm so happy to have found her.

Actually really like her as a doctor.. but she NEVER follows up after tests to get results. We have to call each time more than 4 or 5 times NO CALL BACk.. this has happened on multiple occasions I have had to physically go back to the office. To BEG to get the doctor to contact my mom with her test results just too frustrating! So I really can't recommend.

Dr. Richardson was so welcoming and friendly. My appointment took a long time, and she never made me feel rushed. She was knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to me. I am exceptionally happy I chose her as my and my daughter's PCP!

I was unhappy with my primary care provider at the time and a colleague of mine suggested that I check Dr. Richardson out and I am truly happy that I did. She is always very professional, caring and helpful. Even the front office reps are great.
