I have had two appointments with Dr. Pasquale, over a 2 1/2 year period. I arrived early for both appointments and waited longer than I had expected or that I really wanted. I am expected to not only be prompt, I am expected to arrive 15 minutes prior to my appointment time. After arriving on time and waiting an hour to be called back, it is not unusual for any patient to be disheveled. I am very impatient, however, I was able to keep my frustrations to myself. There is much tension within the waiting room due to the scheduling issue's. A television or two without ridiculous content would be a great benefit to their patients. She is very caring, and is exceptionally gifted in her experience of ENT. I enjoyed meeting her! Will recommend her to my family and friends

She did the wrong surgery on me. I had to have 2 additional emergency surgeries. The new doc said she messed me up!

She has terrible bedside manner and is extremely unfriendly to new patients. She will make you feel as though whatever condition you are experiencing is your fault. I recently went to an urgent care facility and they scheduled me an appointment with Dr. Pasquale since I had been to her in the past. Immediately upon leaving the urgent care facility, I contacted my primary care doctor and told her to please refer me elsewhere because I will never put myself through that unpleasant experience again. Call Dr. Kalafsky instead! Different office, but amazing reviews.

I was referred to Dr. Pasquale by my primary physician. On the initial appointment she was pleasant. On the follow up I found her somewhat rude and impatient after waiting a half hour in the exam room. I was very skeptical about her ordering an allergy test based on saying I sneeze more during Spring and heavy pollen. A second opinion from a different ENT practice said: "You don't need an allergy test if you don't have symptoms". I also talked to an allergy and immunology doctor who said he sees this all the time. If you have allergies, go to an allergy specialist. He convinced me that they can more accurately diagnose and properly treat allergies.

Poor. Rushed me out the door. Didn’t take time to listen and answer questions. Very rude, sarcastic. Poor bedside manner. Didn’t go over what to expect. Ran late to appointment and rushed through it.

She’s not friendly to long time patients either! Burned my throat and sinus during a procedure and NEVER took responsibility for it. Wouldn’t return my call giving me no choice but to see the PA for help. Unprofessional! She is arrogant and rude and makes you wait then only spends a very unpleasant 5 minutes or less with you. Injured me then ignored my calls. Had to see the PA to get help and two months later still in pain. Worst attitude and most unprofessional. Pasquale is rude and arrogant and only cares that you spend money on overpriced allergy tests. She is not anyone I would ever recommend.

Very unfriendly and seemed annoyed at any questions I asked from the start. She tried to get me to get allergy tests done even though that was not my concern or a problem I suffer from. Also, I waited 40 minutes after my scheduled appt to see her even though I was there 35 minutes early. Will not be back.

She is very unfriendly to new patients. You can wait for 90 minutes to see her in that medical facility even if you came in 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled appointment time. Not recommended if you are looking for a new ENT doctor, go find someone else who really cares about you as a patient .

I went to see Dr. Pasquale because of sinus infections and other issues March of 2015. Within less than a month my coughing was much better. I was tested for allergies and started getting shots once a week and now I am going twice a month. She has made the biggest difference in my health. She's the best.

Dr Pasquale is an excellent doctor. She operated on my daughter and check on her when she was recovering at home. She has your best interest

Help me with my allergies by getting tested and put me on shots. It's helping

Just finished having my 3rd surgery by Dr. Pasguale. Previously she has always has been very informative towards the procedure she'll be doing and possible outcome, this latest was no different. I did wind up staying the night and Dr. Pasquale visited twice after surgery and again the following morning to ensure I was feeling alright and comfortable.
