The 1 star is for the doctor and no star is for her staffs/assistant. The reasons is below: 1. I wait for 2 weeks for the surgery pack, the one I need to know before surgery, they had never call me back for pick it up even I asked for 2 times on the phone. 2. I have problems in my incision after my surgery and call them for 6 times in 2-3 days then finally, they call me back, but the doctor still cannot fix my problem until I need to call my family physician. 3. I do the lab test and it suppose to wait for 1-2 days to get the result, but I wait for whole week long. 4. They never say "sorry" for all these problems. I don't thing they are busy, I would guess they are on their cell phone. They are just horrible.

Dr. Hewitt is thorough and easy to talk to. I am happy to have found her.

I have seen Dr. Hewitt several time during the last 12 months I believe she is an exceptional specialist. She has always taken time to listen to my somewhat confused complaints. (They were confused because the symptoms were quite unfamiliar to me, but with her help I was able to better understand them and learn more about them and then describe them more accurately). She has always seemed genuinely interested in helping me resolve my problems. She has always been very professional and very supportive. I recommend her enthusiastically.
