Dr. Matinpour has now performed 2 MOHS procedures on me. He is friendly, knowledgeable and confident in what he does. His staff are all excellent as well. If you need a dermatologist, look no further. Highly recommended!

I unfortunately have had skin cancer before and I am familiar with Mohs surgery. These are nice people but they do not do “Mohs” surgery on skin cancer. They do excision. Which can sometimes leave a significant indentation in the area of the surgery. I never called them on this because the choices of doctors here in the desert are few. Better than most doctors. Dr. Matinpour is an excellent physician: He is talented, professional, compassionate, thorough, respectful, and well-trained. I had a Mohs surgery for an usual skin cancer located on the back of my arm. He took his time excising the cancer while making sure the incision once healed would leave an almost unnoticeable scar. I trust him 100%!

Excellent doctor. Very knowledgeable. I had a very rare skin cancer and he knew what it was and has been tracking me for several years now. Many doctors have never heard of this cancer before.

Dr. Matinpour got my cancer and left no scar on my face.

Saw Dr. Matinpour on an emergency basis on New Years eve - he took me in even though he had shortened office hours due to the holiday. He is supremely knowledgeable, kind, and a heck of a good doctor. I can't say enough positive about him, and I'm glad to be his regular patient.

I was treated by Dr Matinpour while I lived in the dessert in 2018/2019 and thought I had died and gone to heaven. He corrected the mistakes I had received while I was in the Bay Area and I won't use anyone else while I am able to keep using his services even though I am now living in Monterrey Peninsula

What a joy to walk into Dr. Matinpour's office. It was obvious from the very beginning that this was a professionally run office, and it didn't disappoint. Combine that with the genuine friendliness and efficiency of all the staff and you have a really first-rate office. The personnel obviously love their jobs and, in fact, admitted it when I inquired.. Very brief wait time, and Dr. Matinpour comes in. Once again, he was highly professional, down to earth, friendly, was quick to make the diagnosis and describe the treatment. He removed a basal cell ca from my forehead. He described each step as he went along, and his constant theme throughout the procedure was making sure I would have no scar. That excellent experience was repeated on my second visit, and I am confident, whenever I have the need for a dermatologist, I will certainly be returning to Dr. Matinpour's office. Dr. Matinpour is just plain awesome! His knowledge just astounds me. He is kind, patient, understanding, through, and all round great Dermatologist and Mohs surgeon. I just had my second procedure to remove skin cancer. Dr. Matinpour and his staff took care of me as if I were part of their family, I actually feel part of their family. They follow up with me repeatedly. I am a diabetic so their is extra concern for me when I have any incision on my body. They make sure all my needs are met

It is with some regret that I have to say how hurt, angry and disappointed I am in Dr. Matinpour. When I needed him most, he did not make himself available. I had to seek medical attention elsewhere. That is not what I expected from my doctor.

Excellent care with a terrific staff!!

Excellent derm exam. Friendly, and Dr. Matinpour took time to explain procedures and skin damage issues. After experiencing unsatisfactory local dermatologists, I've finallly found THE ONE for me.
