I decided on Dr Soares because when I asked him if I could get 3-5 yrs after surgery he said he is going to cure me because this was caught at an early stage. The Pathology report showed no signs of cancer and my 3 month was clear. The team he uses were just very caring and knew exactly how to take care of me. I feel I made the best choice possible to help me. MSK is the best choice for anyone with cancer as this is all they do. Dr Soares is an excellent surgeon and a great choice. Dr. Soares and his team took excellent care of my mother while she was at MSK. They were able to remove the growth in her liver and colon fully. Even though I was out of town and couldn't participate in her visits, his office made sure to call me and keep me updated. I really appreciate all of their efforts

Dr. Kevin Soares operated on my mom in January 2020. All went really well. My mother – out of caution, (she believes in superstitions) wanted to hold on with this review – we have heard many bad post-op stories. Complications may occur days, even weeks after the actual surgery. And my mom is a missis Worry! For now – I think we have passed the worry time, and Nina is getting better day by day. We all, her children and grand-children, are very grateful and the least we could do is to express our sincere appreciation to Dr. Kevin Soares. He delivered more that he promised.
