Dr. Kevin Nagamani is the reason I traveled to another state to have my Achilles surgery. The doctor is an experienced professional, empathetic, and skilled surgeon. I have access to him and his staff. I also had knowledge of who was doing my anesthesia. I was able to communicate my goals and expectations clearly, and was met with the same. Doctor nagamani is a very good doctor he's sterile he explains it to you understand and he really truly cares about his patients can I ask for a better doctor

Dr. Nagamani is an excellent doctor. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field, gave me un-biased options, and helped me with my arthritis. He is also a top-tier surgeon and I would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat. Thank you doctor!

I got hit by a car and broke my ankle in two places. I saw Dr. Nagamani on a Thursday snd had my surgery the next day. He worked me in without going through so many pre op steps to fix my ankle quickly. Everyone was professional and friendly.

Dr. Nagamani did a thorough examination, listened to my explanations of where things were hurting, and although he wasn't exactly sure what all is going on, he was honest and communicated very well which I greatly appreciated! Even better, he didn't seem to have the "a chance to cut is a chance to cure" mentality and recommended other options. Dr. Nagamani is knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about his patients. He has been instrumental in my mom’s recovery. I would recommend him to anybody needing a knowledgeable doctor who communicates effectively and spends a lot of time with his patients. Dr N was fantastic. He took his time, answered my questions, and has a wonderful bedside manner. I really appreciated the fact that while he’s a surgeon, he argued against surgery! His office is wonderful too

Dr. Nagamani and the rest of the staff at Western Orthopedics is top notch. I fractured my ankle in a couple different places and I was able to be seen quickly. I ran into some problems with my insurance but Tess was my advocate fighting hard for me which she resolved quickly! I’m so thankful for her. Surgery went so smoothly too! I suffer from anxiety and was pretty nervous but the entire team made me feel so safe and cared for! Recovery time is also remarkable. In the ER I was told that I would most likely be close to 3 months no weight bearing. Because Dr. Nagamani is one of the best for ankle injuries, I’m only 2 weeks post surgery no weight bearing. I hate writing this review, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. over 6 years ago, Dr. Nagamani performed surgery on my Achilles, and it went well. 3 years ago I went in with pain on my other leg, on the outside of my ankle. MRI showed osteochondral Defect (OCD) on inside of ankle. He said it was referred pain, and fixed the OCD. 4 + month recovery and thousands of dollars. The exact pain returned. His solution was to do a bone graft even though the repair was holding. Again we discurse the pain being on the outside of my ankle. I got a 2nd opinion. My new surgeon found the tendons on the outside of my ankle were shredded and torn. He said he ALWAYS checks both sides of ankle when OCD is found. One creates the other. To him, it’s basic knowledge. Why is it that Dr. Nagamani doesn’t know this? I just had the surgery. AGAIN. This time the tendons are fixed and the OCD is touched up. I am so frustrated I have another 6 month and $$$$ recovery.

Dr. Nagamani is amazing. He fit my ankle surgery in two days after I presented to him after falling off a cliff. My foot feels amazing and all of the follow up appointments have been personal and thorough.

Dr. Nagamani is a great doctor, very personable, and put me at ease at once. Highly recommend if your feet ever need tending to!

The office staff is always very welcoming, smart and professional. Dr. Nagamani is to the point but patient with questions and understanding of concerns. I never feel rushed or dismissed which is extremely important. The professionals & nurses from x-rays to wound dressing & stitch removal are all wonderful, kind and knowledgeable.

I refuse to go anywhere else.. And I have had a lot of surgeries due to my stroke and bad knees

Dr. Nagamani is the type who whisks in & out before you have time to ask questions. I discovered this on my first visit & thought of questions beforehand for my second visit. He quite literally ignored my questions. Maybe he was having a bad day, but it was not a fun experience. My ankle's gout-like issues and surgery complications went undiagnosed by Dr. Nagamani & have not been treated. Though it's not his fault the MRI didn't show much I wish he would have stuck around to explain options.
