Outstanding Medical Services, staff is Friendly and Caring..

These guys are great! Have seen them multiple times and always feel awesome after all my visits.

Dr. Hastings and staff are great and greatly help. I highly recommend him and always do when I talk with someone who could benefit. I've been seeing him for about 10 years now and he helps keep my pain in check with his adjustments and pressure points. Yes he prescribes my medicine but has done it in conjunction with my other doctors recommendations. All 3 practitioners are willing to answer your questions and concerns. You can't get much better. Horrible doctor. If u can even call him that. I was 10 minutes late and they discharged me automatically. They said I called the receptionist a name. Which I didn't. Such and important person he is. Holds all the power to who they see. A joke. They will get you addicted to pills. They don't try any other forms of relief. No massage, no shots no infusions no treating you. He and his fellow staff are by far the most complete, understanding, honest, compassionate and professional of any other medical provider in the area.

Thank God for Doctor's like Dr. Hastings!!!!!! I don't know what I would do without him!

Fantastic experience, Dr Hastings is one of the best and most intelligent doctor I have ever met. Doctors like him make this world a better place.

This man is amazing at what he does! I went from about 2% range of motion when bending forward, to 99% in a single visit. I have had back/hip problems for years and I have never experienced a recovery this quickly.

I went to several traditional specialists about my physical problem, to no avail. I stumbled across Dr. Hastings online. When I called his office, I was told I could be helped. Dr. Hastings gave me my life back, in no uncertain terms. I was miserably in pain, he knew what was wrong immediately. It took some time, and I am back to my pain-free self. this is the highest quality care you will find in the state. staff are friendly professional and available--appointments can be made easily with a short wait time, office is clean professional with water comfortable seating and temperature control. treatment is honest and direct-personal and professional and gentle. treatment is effective. i entered this practice in 1995 in a wheelchair with no hope of recovery, within two years i was walking and still am. i have referred MANY.

I really wanted to love this place. However after a 24 hour tumultuous ordeal with the office staff (which no self respecting person should have to endure) i was unable to obtain service here due to them being more concerned with the ability to scan my id card into the system than provide service. Prior to arriving at the office today the office staff called me and stated she had not yet recieved any of my medical records. (Of which she never provided a release so i was to run around town collecting records myself) She stated that my medical records from every doctor who i ever saw regarding my neck was required to come to the appointment. I explained that i was in process of gathering these records when i had an accident and fell off my bike and had been unable to walk for the last few weeks. I explained that i had some of my records and i figured due to what was going on id just bring them to her tomorrow at my appointment. She said this was not acceptable they needed the records i currently had in my posession to be faxed that day or my appointment would be cancelled. I said i would do so and proceeded to do so at my earliest convinience. As soon as my 20 pages of records were faxed she called me back and began demanding records that i expalined to her earlier i didnt have yet from my pcp and earlier she said that it was no problem.This was after a very long conversation during which she questioned the authenticity of my records and suggested they be sent directly from each individual doctor again without providing me any releases to do so. She told me with a condescending tone of voice that my appointment would be cancelled. I called back amd spoke to her supervisor a mrs. Hastings. She said that if she was able to.verify my pcp referred me then she would allow me to keep my appointment. She said she would call me back tomorrow and confirm my appt. I waited all morning called twice but she was out of the office. The staff was able to tell me that i was able to keep my 1 o clock appt at 12:10 so i drove all the way 20 minutes there. Upon arrival they asked for my insurance card which was scanned into the computer then i showed them my nys drivers license. I explained i was not.comfortable with them scanning it into the computer due to id theft. I cant understand why i couldnt see the dr when I did allow them to see my id card but i did not want it scanned into the sustem due to identity theft. The front desk staff and mrs. Hastings both advised me my appointment was cancelled per the dr hastings. Due to not allowing them to make scans of my id card. Absurd. As i explained i never let any office scan my id and its never an issue so i guess ill be taking my business elsewhere. Oh, they did also assure me that i wouldnt get a bill as their billing is all in house. I really wanted to love this place. Always had great care with Dr. Hastings. The only reason I left his practice is because I moved back to my home state. One of the kindest, knowledgeable, and caring doctors I've ever seen

I met with Dr. Hastings and with the Nurse practitioner, Drew today. I can not say enough nice things. Both Drew and Dr. Hastings talked to me, asked questions, educated me, reassured me and came up with a plan. Not at any time did I feel like I wasn't treated with compassion and care. I am so happy my doctor referred me. Everyone keeps saying stuff about the wait time but it wasn't an issue at all for me. Oh and Dr. Hastings wife works the front desk area and she is amazing. She called me from her personal cell, while at home, when we had our huge winter storm in order to reschedule my appointment. I can't say enough nice things about everyone. This is a true example of doctors (and staff) that truly care for their patients. If you have any pain issues with your neck and/or back, call them! You won't regret it. Dr. Hastings gave me back my life. I had severe pain in my arms & almost no mobility. Any movements back or up caused severe pain. No specialist knew what was wrong with me. They would give it a name in their speciality. A shoulder surgeon said I was depressed (no, I wasn't). I met with Dr. Hastings. He spent 2 hrs with me, explaining what was wrong. Then he worked on me for about 15 minutes, and about 80% of my pain was GONE. I went to him for 1 year, and I'm pain free and fully mobile!

I had my first visit yesterday with Dr. Hastings. I woke today for the first time in 10 years not wanting to cry. In the past ten years I have been to Neurologist, Chiropractors, Emergency Rooms, Physical Therapy- you name it, but nothing ever helped me feel better! This did! I completely understand that you may have to wait, but frankly I will wait all day if I am able to feel this good. He takes his time with each and every patient to make sure that he has addressed everything and taken care of everything. This thoroughness has finally given me relief! I cannot believe that it took me this long to find him and his office! THE WAIT IS WORTH IT!! Don't be discouraged by the wait be ENCOURAGED that he is not shoving you out the door to take care of the next patient. He should have a sign in the waiting room that states- THE WAIT IS WORTH IT! Dr. Hastings is very talented at relieving muscular pain, even if it's chronic pain that you've had for years. He uses a physical manipulation technique, and explains why it works. He's patient with questions and has a friendly, helpful attitude. Truly the best health professional I've seen for my chronic pain (and I have seen many!). Office wait times are the only downside, but it's a small price to pay for pain relief.
