Dr. Kevin Coughlin

I don't even know where to begin with how pleased I am with this practice as a whole. I switched dentists after I was unsatisfied with my previous one. I found ADC as a recommendation on my town Facebook page and am so glad I did! Dr. Coughlin is a masterful dentist. He is extremely knowledgeable, and treats his patients with the utmost consideration, care, and sensitivity. There are no questions he cannot answer to ease your worries. His staff members follow suit - everyone in the office is pleasant, courteous, and professional. When I thanked Dr. Coughlin at the end of my initial consultation and then again after my root canal and crown, both times he dismissed that he had anything to do with my care and told me it was his whole team. That just shows the true "team" mentality that he instills in his employees. The office is also very beautiful and zen, you won't even feel like you are at the dentist! Thank you ADC for a first class experience.

Exam and discussed options to fix a few issues and costs . Not pushy , very nice

Had to wait longer than desired (30+ min) so I requested we re-schedule on a later date, to which the gentleman in the reception area politely complied.

I haven't been to the Dentist in almost a decade. My last experience was so traumatizing that the thought of having to go back always outweighed any pain I may have been in. Reaching a crisis mode, I made an appointment based solely on recommendation from friends, and I could not be more pleased. Dr. Princewill is exceptional at his work and it made for an exceptionally pleasant visit, even through tears. The kind of Dentist you hope everyone gets to connect with. Just exceptional. Very friendly. They’re taking the right Covid precautions which I appreciate & they make you feel comfortable. I went for two fillings and it was smooth all the way through, and didn’t even take long. Highly recommend.

I went in with a wicked bad tooth ache, the tooth was basically in half. This appointment was my initial intake but the dentist said he would extract it if I wanted him to. So not only did I go in and do my initial intake but I got the problem solved that was urgent that same day! Going to the dentist has always been a stressful experience for me since childhood. The fantastic folks here made me feel comfortable and welcomed and took a lot of my fear away. Great people and even greater dental care!

I had an emergency appointment with Dr. Princewell. Even though I have a huge fear of dentists, and what I would consider a lot of dental challenges, I felt very at ease with the staff. Dr. Princewell quickly had a plan to fix my problems and address my concerns. Looking forward to getting my treatment plan complete! Thank you!

Everyone was very professional and also warm and friendly. I felt safe being there with the COVID19 precautions they are taking. Waiting time was minimal. They did a fantastic job of cleaning and x-raying my teeth and insuring I was comfortable and free from pain throughout the whole visit. I would highly recommend this office and this staff. Excellent! Very knowledgeable and he takes the time to explain procedures. The office is extremely clean, the staff and hygienists are welcoming and friendly. Never had insurance problems nor do I ever have to wait around. Highly recommend!

I have always been terrified of the dentist and this experience changed that. My first time there and I have never experienced such an amazing staff. Everyone I talked with was extremely nice and put me at ease. 100% reccomend going here.

I came to Baystate after a bad experience at another Dentist. I was basically being told things were happening to my teeth that seemed unlikely at the least and more than likely impossible. I was being sold care and hardware I didn't need, essentially. I experienced none of that here. The staff(hygienist and Doctor along with front desk) were all very friendly and up front about everything. It was a great visit to the dentist, especially to find out my teeth are in great shape after the fiasco of my other visit. This place is hands down the best dentist office I've been to. Start to finish, everyone is super helpful and very nice.

On-time, pleasant, and professional. I've had cleanings and old fillings replaced. Good work. No pain. No complaints.

They did an excellent job making sure that I was comfortable. I have extreme dental anxiety and they calmed my nerves while giving me extraordinary care. Will 100% return

Dr. Havrylyuk and her assistant provided excellent care and expertise in creating a custom fitted wire stent to support my lower teeth after I had a tissue graft. She kindly explained every step of the tedious procedure along the way. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

The staff is always friendly and professional, they have clean well maintained offices, through out the area, I have been a patient of both the Longmeadow and West Springfield offices.

For having most of my teeth pulled it was actually a pretty non stressful and pretty much a painless procedure. All my questions were answered and concerns addressed. Would recommend them to anybody needing dental care.

I went to Dr. Coughlin with a gap between my two front teeth that was caused by the shape of my teeth. After consulting with Dr. Coughlin about my concern, I was able to schedule an appointment. At the appointment, within an hour he was able to add fillings with little to no discomfort. I was so impressed when I saw how natural and amazing my teeth looked when he was finished! He checked to make sure I was happy with the results, and made sure I was satisfied with the comfort and aesthetics of my smile. I've gone here twice and have had no trouble either time. They're efficient when they take you in and, if you've done a good job taking care of your teeth, they actually compliment you. I used to go to a dentist that never had anything positive to say and somehow ALWAYS managed to find something wrong, kind of like when you take your car to a dealership for an oil change. Well, no such problems here, and I'll definitely be back for my next 6 month cleaning. I've gone here twice and have had no trouble either time. My family and I go here and is a great dentist office. I have also previously gone to their Longmeadow and Springfield offices. I feel like I'm getting top-notch care, from hygienists and dentists. I have enjoyed Dr. Nartker. I highly recommend them.
