He's quite persistent, which was very helpful when my daughter needed his attention. He stayed with her case, and figured out what was wrong. Her condition presented in a strange way, and left many doctors baffled. Dr Cassady was the only one who could help her, even before he got a proper diagnosis. He's quirky and fun, willing to answer all of your questions, and explains technical stuff in layman's terms without making you feel like an idiot. He doesn't talk down to you, or talk at you the way a lot of other doctors do. Very good bedside manner, and just a great doctor all the way around! HIGHLY recommend!!!
