By far the absolute worst dentist I have ever been to from the top to the bottom. Terrible

Dr. O'Neal and his team (to include the office staff) were absolutely Awesome. He treated me as if I were an old friend of his and as for my root canal it was totally painless. He made every effort to make sure I was as comfortable as possible and the procedure didn't take long at all. He even addressed another issue I was having with a bone chip in my gum at no additional cost. Great experience and I would definitely recommend Dr. O'Neal and his team for Root Canal needs.

Great experience considering it was a root canal. I have had horrible experiences in the past with other drs. Dr O’Neal & his assistant were wonderful. Would definitely recommend this practice.

Absolutely terrible! Had an appointment today, had to wait outside in the single digit weather for 20 minutes, then finally went inside and they told my husband and 3 year old that they had to wait outside or out of their office in the cold. I will never recommend to anyone!

I had a root canal done yesterday by Dr O’Neill and the experience all around was phenomenal!! Everyone in the office was super nice and personable. I have zero pain after the procedure. Dr O’Neill knows his stuff while also having care and compassion for his patients! I would recommend him hands down over and over!

I waited a month for an appointment for my root canal. On the day before the root canal they called me and told me I was expected to bring them $1,300, that they wouldn't bill my insurance, that they wouldn't accept a Care Credit card. I'm still in pain and now I have to wait two more weeks and drive to Lawrence to get a root canal. This office doesn't care if you are in pain, they only care about money. Very kind and compassionate doctor who also was knowledgeable and practiced. Dr O'Neal and his staff made a normally unpleasant experience much more enjoyable: he certainly knows root canals! I will definitely recommend this office to others.

Waited a month for an appointment. The day before they called me and told me they don't accept my Care Credit card and they won't Bill my insurance. They expected me to bring them $1,300. I'm still in pain and now I have to wait two more weeks to get in for a root canal with another dentist. It's all about the almighty dollar here no concern for your pain.

I was supposed to have an appointment with them tomorrow I called to figure things out with insurance and had to deal with a women named Marsha. She spoke to me as if I was incompetent and was beyond rude. I will never bring my business to this location.

Dr. O'Neal and staff were clearly well-practiced at performing root canals. My procedure was fast and painless.

In for tooth that they previously canaled,monitored several months &Nov they told me ok to crown,Jan it abscessed AGAIN. I came in at my apt time and wait OVER AN HOUR. First apt was great for root canal, now I feel low priority. THIS SHOULD'VE BEEN DONE IN NOV as it had NO change in xray over 6 mon time, but they looked at xray& said infection is same,atleast its not worse let's just crown it &call it slow to heal. Now I have had an infected root for 6+ months that cost me about 2k+oral surg
