Wow... I've never encountered such treatment from the support staff in a medical office. Jackie is quite arrogant, unhelpful, and rude. Our insurance plan is not standard (HMO that does not require referrals to specialists), but she will only insist that we are not in network and refuses to help us sort this out, though my insurance provider insists they are in network. She's been short and downright rude about it to both my husband and then myself as we each called and asked for her help in resolving the issue. Our baby had a deep hemangioma, and we saw Dr. Carder during treatment. She was phenomenal - listened, answered all my questions, and showed a great deal of care with our baby.

Listens to patients, parents, hardly any wait time, easy to make appointments, very nice and knowledgeable staff

Do not recommend. Misdiagnosed twice by the Dr.; hundreds of dollars (w/o insurance) in prescription meds; had to cancel an important surgery due to the second incorrect diagnosis b/c it was supposedly infectious, combined with low immune from the two different antibiotics that were not needed; Dr. never accepted responsibility and instead chose to place the blame on the parents and HIPAA laws; went to new dermatologist (not specialized in pediatrics) b/c it was not getting better; was correctly diagnosed in less than five minutes and was prescribed Vaseline and amazingly the parents and HIPAA laws were involved at this Dr. office, too! Didn't need the two expensive Rxs, didn't need to cancel the surgery. Try Lakewood Dermatology - you will not be disappointed. Thank you. Do not recommend. In and out for appointment!!! Nice staff and Dr. Carder was great !!!

Went in for an appointment and was told it was the 1st of the following month. I almost fainted as we drove an hour to get there. They said but it’s ok. Nurse was kind and and energetic. Dr. Carder was super nice, understanding and knowledgeable! When we went to check out the receptionist had my son’s school note already printed out and we paid and were on our way! She was easy to schedule with. She spent sufficient time answering questions and she provides numerous options for complementary treatments along with the prescription. Dr. Carder was very nice too. I would give her office 5 stars but, that receptionist is garbage; she’s not friendly at all.

The staff were very polite, attentive and almost no wait time. Dr. Carder was polite as well and answered all our questions regarding our sons eczema. It was about an hr drive but well worth it.

Best doctor ever!! I HIGHLY recommend!

Rude, unprofessional receptionist. I was late to my appointment due to car issues. Arriving, I waited for over 1.5 hours with my toddler and we were not seen. Why would you say "good ridens" to your patient and customer and expect them to come back. A few months later, I was billed for no call no show. They are quick to bill you for no call no shows even after you cancelled your appointment. In need of a pediatrician dermatologist, look else where.
