Dr. Wong performed a laparoscopic Sacral Colcopexy in March 2020 to correct my pelvic organ prolapse which I had suffered from for 20+ years. I was very leery of having surgery, and it took me nearly a year after first seeing Dr. Wong to decide to have it done, but now I can say it was one of the best decisions I have ever made! Dr. Wong was always pleasant, answered all my questions, and was a very competent surgeon. She and her staff were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I have healed quickly, and this surgery has changed my life. Years of pessaries, pads, and having to know where the closest bathroom is no longer dominates my life! I am 66 years old, and have been able to resume an active lifestyle which I had slowly lost over the years. Thank you, Dr. Wong!

Each office visit I had with her, which were at least 5 were the worst experiences of my life!! I am a retired nurse and I can’t believe that an office of such poor ethics and quality can exist out there. And only a year after the surgery my rectocele has returned to what it was before the surgery!!! Not a good surgeon, doctor and neither was her assistant, who is the other practicing female surgeon in the group. I strongly Do Not Recommend these drs or group!!!

Dr. Wong performed a Cystocele, Rectocele, and Hysterectomy on me in March 2018. She was friendly, took time to explain everything at all my appointments and answer all my questions. I found her to be a great surgeon. I have already recommended her to others. She performed this surgery robotically and that's the way to go! I am healing well. I have found her staff to be efficient and friendly.

No likelihood Dr. Keri Wong has a terrible bedside manner. No compassion, in a hurry and not interested. I would highly not recommend her. The staff can not take a phone message nor return a call and it is up to the patient to continually contact the office over and over to convey a message and then no one gets back to you. Dr. Wong actually got mad at me when I asked for another free sample of a $450. 00 hormone prescription that I could not afford. Never would I let her do my bladder lif

Horrible office staff and doctor. I went in for vaginal itching, burning, and pain after sex. She told me that she is only a PART gynecologist and PART Urologist so she doesn't know everything in both fields. Well she did a pelvic exam and only tested for 3 STDs and not for any infections of the vagina. They never called me to let me know any of the results. So I could still have an infection, I am suffering and this was a complete waste of my time!! Save your time and go to a REAL gynogologist!

Dr. Wong is my favorite doctor. She is so kind and genuine. Each time I go to her, she listens to my every problem and does her best to help me as much as she can.

Greatest doctor I have had. Not only is her staff nice and friendly, but Dr. Wong genuinely cares to listen to me and provide helpful information for me. I recommend her to all of my friends.
