What a joke of a practice. Injured my back and could barely move. Took 5 hrs from seeing them and getting x-ray to getting my pain pills which i only got 10 of and had to run all over town myself to get a paper script and back to pharmacy while i can barely move. I have really high tolerance and they said if it doesn't help call back tomorrow and we can get something stronger. Pain pills barely touched the pain so i call back just to be told they were not going to give me anything else. I call back the next day to see the results from x-ray and waited 3 hrs for them to call me back. They said they were negative. I asked who they sent them out to and she had no clue and stuttered and said a radiologist. I say ya but where. She stuttered again and said uhh idk i can ask. How would that info not be right there in my file. They probably didn't even send them out. This place is a joke and i will never come back or recommend this place for even a papercut. This is literally the only place in town I will go to. I feel like the nurses and doctors here actually listen to their patients and care what they have to say, vs other places I've been that don't even really care about a person's welfare or opinions. The ladies at the front desk are super sweet and helpful every time I interact with them. Apparently plenty of others think highly of this doctors office because it is always busy, which isn't a bad thing. I'd rather receive A+ care at a busy doctor's office with a long wait, than go somewhere else. This is literally the only place in town I will go to. Wasn't quick to judgment, but aggressive with diabetes treatment. Immediate and lasting effects. Brought A1c from 12+ to 7.9. Better control. Blood pressure under control consistently.
