Staff very nice, the Doctor is remarkable I am very pleased with my treatments, they work wonders

Terrible!!!!

The few times that we’ve dealt with the doctor have been pleasant. On a few occasions he has shown late. Right now, We have been waiting for the doctor to show for over an hour. I’m sure he must be a decent doctor but his disregard for peoples time is horrid. If a patient shows up late we’d get charged for it, shouldn’t the medical provider be held to the same standards? I was actually really nervous to see a pain management specialist. I’ve kind of had bad experience with different kinds of medication because of my allergies. He tried different medication‘s till he found some thing I could tolerate. He’s a very kind man and he really does care about his patience. I am very happy with they care I get with him! I’m not one to reviews actually this is my first one. But I saw some of the ones on Dr. Romero and I thought to myself I don’t know what those people are talking about because he really is a kind and caring doctor. not all doctors are like that these days. Very good Dr. And his staff is good to work with also.

Dr. Romero is a extremely caring man. He really listens and pays attention to not just what you're saying, but I feel like the way you are saying it also. GREAT DOCTOR!!! However ever.... VERY rude, talks down to patients and gets easily irritated when asked questions. I would give Dr Romero zero stars if I could.

Great Doctor...very poor front office staff. They seem to have zero people skills and and proud of that fact. Again, great doctor.

Actually I am leaving this review on my elderly mother's behalf. She has been seeing Dr Romero for many years and adores him. He tries everything available to ease my mom's leg and back pain. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of 5 is because of his office staff. They are very cold and uncaring (unlike the doctor) they rarely return my mom's calls. She is not one of those baggering rude patients, she only calls when it's an urgent matter so it would be appreciated if they had some compassion for Dr Romero's patients. I've worked in doctors offices my entire adult life (I still do) and have never encountered this type of disregard for patients. Actually I am leaving this review on my elderly mother's behalf. Very talented pain specialist tries other alternatives and genuinely had compation for how I was feeling ,I have seen many Dr but I feel he really tries to listen to get you some relief.

Dr Romero is a very kind man who cares about his patients. He’s good about explaining procedures, & allows time for questions. I’ve already recommended him to quite a few family & friends

I have been a patient of Dr.Romero for many years, he has made a chronic condition bearable while always striving for a better way to handle "MY" chronic pain. Yes, individual care makes a difference. The ladies in the office are personable and very professional.

I have seen Dr Romero many times over the past eight years and he has treated me well and successfully for serious lower back problems. I have recommended him to others and will continue to do so.

Very bad doctor. He would force me to use e- stem for my back. Forced by not giving me pain meds if I didn't comply. He would also recommend useless injections for my back. ( nerve blocks, steroids, etc.) He made my back pain worse from using me as guinea pig. He works for insurance companies not for patients.
