Very painful, no bedside manner. Very rude. Did not give me the results of the biopsy. Just called to find out if they take my insurance and the woman at the reception desk was extremely rude! I asked about dental first and then I asked if they take health insurance. Because with wisdom teeth extraction if it’s a necessary surgery it can be covered under certain medical insurance as a surgical procedure. And she tried to argue with me when all I did was ask if take medical. And if they take my dental. I’m in a lot of pain, and have been trying to find a ortho surgeon for my wisdom teeth. My mouth is too small and it’s causing a lot of pain and swelling. And to be greeted this way while in pain and on the hunt for help was just awful. Dr. Roll is an excellent oral surgeon. I would highly recommend him.

Doctor Roll seemed knowledgeable. Although I was kept waiting over an hour, that wasn't the reason I won't be going back nor recommend him. THE OFFICE STAFF WAS EXTREMELY GOSSIPY AND UNPROFESSIONAL. The receptionist was rolling her eyes at everything I said from the moment I walked through door, and actually running to another office worker working in a weird small closet near reception desk to talk about me. It was uncomfortably obvious, and I COULD HEAR HER COMMENTS. I got up from chair in consult room to ask for bathroom, and same receptionist in condescending tone said "I need you to sit back down in chair". Awful experience. Prices way higher than other places, but even if prices were discounted, who wants to be treated like crap at vulnerable time?

One of the best experiences I've had with getting a tooth pulled. Dr. Roll is always on time and takes time out to talk to you about the procedure. He even called me on the weekend to check up on me.

Excellent oral surgery, friendly and care office.

Rude and pompous. Hands were shaky and made me drive an hour to get surgery and i was 10 mins late and because of that he would not give me surgery. Overall a terrible practice.

You are in good hands with this very excellent oral surgeon. I was nervous about getting a molar pulled as I've had some harrowing experiences with other Dentists. No problem with this Doctor! I was referred to Dr. Roll following a dental procedure requiring an additional surgical procedure.Call it fate, but I consider myself fortunate to have been referred to Dr. Roll.His expertise in the field, surpassed my expectations.He is professional and empathic.After the surgical procedure, he followed up with a phone call the same evening to inquire about my status.Perhaps this is normal protocol for him, but I felt it was exceptional.I am thankful for the excellent treatment I have received
