Dr Hsu is a great Doctor

Dr. Hsu fixed my complicated nose bleeding problem while I went through a couple of other ent docs in town did not have a solution.

Dr. Hsu is the best! when you have a doc who listens to you and explain things clearly and not just treats, it makes a world of difference. Dr. Hsu is that and more. Be rest assured, you are in capable hands when he’s your ENT doc

I don't think my concern was taken seriously. My concern was lightly considered and not examined thor also tried to up-sell me with services I did not want, repeatedly.

Great place if you need a ENT Dr or see an Allergist.

My wife was referred to Dr. Hsu by our trusted pcp. He gave her very specific information and prescribed a new med. My wife believed he was able to pinpoint her concerns.

I really appreciate Dr. Hsu’s bedside manner and really that of the entire staff. I had a previous negative experience with a different specialist and the entire experience with their office has been a 180 from that. Dr. Hsu explained every part of my child’s procedure thoroughly and every follow up has been fantastic. Can’t say enough great things about the whole practice.

Dr Hsu just put me at ease. He was timely to appointment, staff was courteous and professional. I noticed a marked improvement after treatment. Couldn't ask for more from your physician or his office. Am very pleased to have found him.

Dr. Hsu was warm, responsive, patient, and clear. He helped my 10 month old daughter clear up the fluid in her ear by putting in tubes - the procedure lasted less than 15 minutes and went off without a hitch. Strongly recommend!

Dr. Hsu is very gentle and compassionate. He is also very thorough in his exams and considers all options for treatment before making recommendations.

Dr. Hsu is a great ENT. He carefully explained what he was going to do prior to surgery, smearing all of my questions patiently, then successfully performed the surgery to repair my eardrums. I started out with a less than stellar ENT, so I’m very happy I found Dr. Hsu.

Excellent all the way through. The waiting time was high this time. I spent an hour waiting in a room, but that is not usually the case.

Everyone here is very professional and friendly. I only have 2 complaints ... (1) If you are paying out of pocket, they will never advise the cost of the visit; you have to ask. (2) If you try to call about anything, you will never get through. I attempted every extension and each time I get a voicemail.

Dr. Hsu is in the top of his field. I felt I was being seen by the best ENT in the nation! Additionally, he is extremely courteous, attentive and professional.

I had lost some of my hearing in my left ear due to a ruptured eardrum. They were able to remove all of the discharge from the rupture on the first day, which ameliorated my hearing. With the follow-up visit, my hearing was back to normal.

Genuine polite people. Dr. Hsu was very nice, knowledgeable and honest. He assured me everything was fine but still paid attention to my discomforting situation and provided help. Thanks you guys for the good job you do, during this time in the world!

I called and explained my condition (severe canker sores/tongue lesions), and they scheduled me with Dr. Hsu for an appointment 3-4 days after my call. After 50+ minutes of waiting, Dr. Hsu listened to my concerns and examined my tongue. Then, with no explanation as to why or how it was relevant to my issue, he told me he would be numbing me up and scoping my nose (nasal endoscopy). They charged me $175 for the unnecessary scope and $200 for consult.
