I known Dr. Francis for 20 years. He has the best bed side manners. He is very knowledgeable. He listens to the patients concerns and addresses all the questions. I truly recommend him.

There are just not enough words to describe how great Dr.Francis and his whole team are. Their first priority is the health and safety of their patients. They make sure to answer all your questions and explain every step so that you can feel comfortable throughout the whole process during your procedure. Dr. Francis is truly amazing at what he does - it is an art and the entire staff is attentive, sweet and knowledgeable. I got a breast reduction and lift from him six months ago and could not be happier with the results. Not only do I get a lot of compliments on my breasts, but I no longer have the shooting back pain that I did prior to the procedure. His facility is state of the art and I am so happy that taking the time to do my research put me in good hands. I have had several rounds of reconstructive surgery with Dr. Francis. He is talented and meticulous. I highly recommend.

The office is nice and welcoming. Staff is wonderful from the the front desk to back. As for Dr Francis, he is amazing at what he does. I definitley recomend him. I had Tummy Tuck and Lipo and im loving my curves????.

I'm very happy to add my name to the list of 5-star reviews for Dr. Francis. After losing 130 lbs from diet and exercise I decided to get abdominoplasty to resolve loose skin that only seemed to get worse the healthier I got. I called several surgeons and decided on Dr. Francis after getting a quote and reading reviews. Some doctors I called wanted to charge me 3x what I paid Dr. Francis. Others wanted me to ask my primary care physician to make up a reason that would allow the operation to be covered by insurance which made me uneasy. Dr. Francis was the right call. First and foremost I will state that he did a fantastic job. After all my hard work I can now see my abs. He also counseled me to get a belt lipectomy to take care of my droopy skin on my love handles which could not improve on it's own. I absolutely love the way my body feels to me now and I enjoy lounging around my apartment or at the pool with no shirt on. After years of hard work it is an amazing feeling. Secondly - Dr. Francis' staff is great. His nurses are very professional and made me feel comfortable going into the procedure. Anela in the front office answered a million questions from me before and after surgery. I had every detail I needed from cost to recovery in order be as ready as I could. I have had surgeries with other doctors before for unrelated issues and could not get clear or accurate answers ahead of time about cost and recovery. With Dr. Francis' staff I've had the exact opposite experience. If you are ever about to undergo major surgery and the doctor or his staff seem like they are too bothered to give you answers to important questions that you have then please find another practice immediately because there are great ones out there! Dr. Francis is a wonderful caring doctor. I really appreciate the time he takes for my appointments to thoroughly asses and listen to my concerns. I will only see Dr. Francis for my injectables, he has done an amazing job in creating symmetry with my lips, has helped restore volume to my cheeks, and has performed a non surgical rhinoplasty twice. I have been to other doctors previous to seeing Dr. Francis, but no one is quite as gentle or thorough as he is, and my results are simply the best, bar none Dr. Francis is a wonderful caring doctor. I struggled all my life feeling less then a women. I found Dr Frances on Google. I scheduled an appointment started with staff that made me feel special. I was give a tour of the surgery and thought it looked so clean. Then I met Dr. Frances such a nice man. He made me feel very comfortable he explained what will happen before surgery, what will after surgery and what the follow up will be like. Know this made me feel less nervous. I found Dr. France on the internet and read his reviews and decided I would see for myself. I am a 30 year old woman with three children. I want my figure back, but I have tried so many exercises nothing works. Dr. Frances told me that a mommy makeover, tummy tuck with liposuction would be the way to go to achieve the results I want. Was searching over the internet, I found many plastic surgeons I took a deep search I found Dr. Kenneth R. Francis. I went for the free consultation and I was so happy. Dr/ Francis is really friendly and patient, he explained everything to me , I had to do liposuction and then Brazilian butt lift. Regret stepping into his office. Do yourself a favor and do not get any procedures done by this “doctor” he’s probably the worst plastic surgeon in nyc.

I found Dr. Francis on RealSelf and I had a consult with him. I chose him to do my surgery because he has a lot of charisma, he is intelligent, soft spoken and realistic. The office is clean and the staff was welcoming and helpful with any questions or concerns i may have had. Dr. Francis is a father which is another reason i chose him; i trusted him with my life. My tummy tuck came out amazing and so I went back this year for lipo and a BBL. I am more than satisfied with my results!

I was so scared to go to a plastic surgeon. I did not know who to trust. My aunt went to Dr. Francis and she highly recommended him. I was so pleased with my consultation and the price.
