Dr. Kenneth Bell

After giving his staff my insurance information multiple times I was told my insurance wasn't paying anything and I owed a large amount. When I asked dr Bell about it he said insurance is not his company's problem and that I owed. I have no problems paying what is owed but feel my insurance should pick up some of the bill as i called to get the information to submit on my own. Turns out even after the multiple times i gave my insurance information they havent been billing my primary insurance. Now I have hand delivered the information yet again we wait to see if the bill will get figured out. In the meantime Dr Bell has sent me to collections. So now while we wait I have no mental health provider which is fantastic for someone with a history of not doing well with one.
