Dr Clements is awesome. !

Dr Clements was patience and understanding of how I felt. She gave me the treatment I needed and it worked. The staff was friendly, people you don’t mind being around.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Clements for years. She and her nurse, Jared, are amazing. She recently removed my tonsils and went above and beyond to make sure I was educated on the procedure and what to expect in the following days. Jared also reached out for a check in the next day. Any time I contact through MyChart I get a quick response. 10/10 would recommend!

Dr. Clements and her staff, specifically her nurse Jared, are all absolutely wonderful. I have been a patient of Dr. Clements for several years and I have nothing but positive things to say about her. She is attentive, caring, thorough, and kind. She listens intently and answers any and all questions without rushing you out, like many doctors tend to do. You will not find a better ENT out there!

Saw Dr Clements for 2 years with recurring ear infections and sinus problems. Perfect if you’re looking for someone to dismiss your concerns & only prescribe antibiotics to “cure” the problem. Got an appointment with another practitioner who got to the bottom of the issue in 2 appointments.

Seen by the doctor in a timely manner. Pleasant visit. In house testing a plus. Very pleased.

Always provides sound advice and treatment that benefits the patient.

She readily answered all of my questions and I did not have any wait time.

She was so rude and dismissive. If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in for a specific problem regarding my nasal passage and her suggestion was that I lose weight. I'm the average weight for my height. She was also late to our appointment and didn't seem to want to be there.

1st.time seeing dr.Clement for my ear problem she was through with the exam did a hearing test had me do blood work to rule out any disease that my might be causing my ear problem they were etiquette about calling me about my labs overall she was nice

Dr. Clements and her nurse Jared are truly amazing people. Dr. Clements has done 3 surgeries on my son and helped so much with his sinus and ear issues. She always remembers my kids by name which is so special to me and Jared is always willing to go out of his way to help and communicate during appointments for our kids.

Dr. Kelly Clements is an excellent physician. I have been a patient with her practice for about Ten Years and am happy to say that her medical knowledge is OUTSTANDING. I am very grateful to have her as my physician.

Excellent doctor.

Everyone was very friendly! Dr. Clements and the entire staff took time to explain everything completely and were constantly checking on us. Highly recommend!

Would give zero stars if I could. Dr. Clements refused to listen to my concerns about my son or check them out, kept talking over me, and was very rude.

Dr. Clements is the best. It had been 3 years since I last saw her. Felt right at home. Expect to feel better soon. Her nurse is great too. Didn’t even feel the shot!!!

Excellent. Saw me in a true emergency. Ruptured eardrum and a serious middle ear infection which took weeks to resolve. I highly recommend

When I made my appointment, the receptionist was nice to tell me where to go in at. That was nice. Love Dr. Kelly Clements and all of the staff! They are wonderful.

As usual, Dr Kelly Clements was professional and at the same time easy going and friendly. Before I found Dr. Clements, I used to be scared of going to the ear doctor bc I usually have to have tubes put in. Not any more, I’m completely relaxed and totally trust her expertise! Actually, I enjoy seeing her and visiting while she checks out my ears. I recommend her to all of my family and friends.
