Left us high and dry during treatment plan in Naples, No longer there. We don't know the optometrist who took over her practice

This was my first visit to Dr. Anderson and I really appreciate the time they spent with me and my eye care. They certainly take the time for intake and they do a thorough checkup. They accepted my insurance and they have a nice selection of glasses to choose from if you need them. Thank you Dr. Anderson. Update 20200630 - After my initial visit, new glasses were ordered and received just before covid-19 went rampant. When I got the glasses home, I could not see my computer screen properly and the eye doctor's office said that they would have to address it after covid settles down. On June 2nd, , I returned to see Dr. Anderson and she did a thorough check of my eyes and I appreciate the time she spent with me. Fast forward to June 30th and I am just now receiving my new, updated prescription glasses. I had to wait a while month for my updated glasses while my wife had a doctor visit with the same doctor AFTER my secondary visit and she received her glasses over a week BEFORE mine came in. I have to wonder who messed up that order. BTW - to top it all off, Dr. Anderson moved back to Canada, permanently. Very sad. Great service, up to date equipment, professional, friendly staff. Dr. Anderson really knows her craft and treats her patients with the utmost care. I trust her complete with my eyes.

Very professional. Front desk very sweet . I like how Dr.Anderson takes her time with me ,answer all my questions ,and is patient. Never feel rushed and never leave with more questions. 5 star for me and my family

Dr. Anderson and her staff were exceptional!! We noticed our 6 yr old daughter was having trouble seeing, and sched. an appt after looking at reviews . We were hoping to get her in asap before school started. They were able to accommodate, as well as, checked every box in regards to what you would expect from a doctor and within their practice. Expertise, bed side manner, patience, affordability and anything else I'm missing was all on point. Exceeded my expectations in a positive environment.

I was so happy with my experience!! My 18 month old and my 3 year old needed an eye exam and glasses. Everyone in the office made our experience fun and relaxed, which is hard with 2 kids that young! I appreciated the personal attention given to me during my checkup. It all started at the reception desk where the receptionist gave me a warm welcome and made sure I filled out all the required forms. The person who took me in for the series of tests made sure that I was comfortable and knew exactly what to expect. He took his time explaining the tests and also took the time to have a real conversation with me during the process. Dr. Andersen was wonderful, professional and very thorough with her examination. She took the time to make sure that I can see the chart clearly down to the last line. I also appreciated the explanation she gave regarding the pictures taken of my eyes. It was highly educational with just enough information for a layman. My wife is already looking forward to her checkup. Finally, I was shown the eye glasses available at the clinic by a wonderful lady who was patient enough to guide me through all the different selections. She was also thorough when explaining the lens options and how they differed to the past generations. She addressed all my questions cheerfully, which really made my day. Coming out of the office, I felt confident that I have chosen the right group and have received the proper eye care everyone deserves. Dr. Andersen is the most thorough and professional optometrist in the Naples area. The care that I received during my eye exam was exceptional. And it wasn’t just Dr. Andersen who was wonderful but her whole staff. You can almost feel their chemistry as they work together. I highly recommend Dr. Andersen and her team if you’re in the Naples area.

Dr Anderson and her Staff are very friendly . No wait time ever Neat and Clean Office Perfect for kids Dr Anderson always takes her time to talk to her patients , educates even the little onces . They have awesome collections for eye glasses and Shades.

Dr.Anderson and her entire Staff are extremely professional and knowledgeable! The atmosphere in the office is pleasant and upbeat. It is obvious that the goal of everyone in that office is to treat patients with respect and to resolve their eye care needs in a positive and expeditious way. I highly recommend Dr Anderson!

Dr Anderson and her staff are the Best. The minute you walk in your are treated as a valued customer. Everyone is very professional and caring. The staff goes the extra yard to meet your needs. Dr Anderson has the top of the line equipment and technology. I highly recommend Dr Anderson and her staff!

Dr. Anderson is professional and thorough. My husband and I both have been her patients since moving to Naples, in August 2016. We also love browsing through their great selection of eyewear. Her Assistant, Claire, goes above and beyond, to make sure we are happy when we leave their office. She spends the time needed to make sure we are fitted correctly and are satisfied with our orders.

All around excellence from all staff members. Everyone was knowledgeable and courteous and they all helped me to pick the frames and lenses that were just right for me. It is a professional but comfortable atmosphere. Absolutely recommend!

Dr Anderson and her team are amazing! I went to get an exam and a contact lens prescription, and was walked through every process. Their technology in the office is top of the line. The whole experience was pleasant and seemed effortless. Thank you so much, I will be going back to your office in the future!

I have been a patient of Dr .Anderson' s since she first started with her former employer. I followed her when she set up her own practice because she and her assistant are the best at what they do. She really cares about her patients and is far superior to others in her profession. I would highly recommend her to anyone for the best care available .Bill M.

Great experience with Dr Anderson! She was very helpful and took the time to go over the issues I was having with my right eye. I would definitely recommend to family and friends!

I would give Dr Anderson 10 stars!! I've suffered with painful eyes for years. I assumed my previous eye doctor had the best technology since it was the largest eye center around in SWFL. Dr Anderson's state of the art facility, blew my previous practice away. I don't like going to any doctor, but I look forward to my appointments with Dr Anderson. I used to go to one of the largest, well known practices for years.

I have been to a few offices regarding my families needs over the past years. I was told about Dr. Anderson's office and thought I would give it a try. I have to tell you that she is now the only Dr. for our family that we will ever go to. The Dr. and her Optician's personality, professionalism and patience is beyond words. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable and explained and answered all of our questions. Very knowledgeable! Call them you will not regret it.

Dr. Anderson was amazing with my 10 year old. She made her feel so comfortable with her first eye appointment. Dr. Anderson's office we able to get us in right away and the staff is both helpful and friendly. I highly recommend for both adults and kids.

My eye exam with Dr. Anderson was a truly pleasant experience. She was very thorough and took the time to walk me through everything she was doing. Her office is lovely and selecting my glasses after the eye exam was delightful with the direction of the optical manager Claire. They have a great selection to choose from and expert advice was given. I would highly recommend the practice for all your eye care needs.

I found the practice very warm and inviting and Dr Anderson was wonderful, she explained everything in detail and I saw a really cool picture of the back of my eye! The lady in the optical explained my insurance and we picked out a really nice pair of glasses which she said looked fabulous!

I have been herded through so many doctors offices. I never get a chance to ask questions. Dr. Kelly gave me a lot of time and answered my questions. She explained my families eye problems to me and what I need to do to keep my eyes healthy. I love this office and told all my co-workers to go there. Thanks for the great care. Claire too taught me all about blue light. Love my new glasses and keeping my eyes healthy with them.

I used to see Dr. Anderson at her prior office and when I heard she moved to a new location, I did not hesitate to follow her there. She is caring, compassionate, and never in a hurry. I highly recommend her for all of your eye care!

I found Dr. Anderson to be extremely passionate about helping patients achieve optimal eye health. The expertise she demonstrates, and her authentic compassionate nature, makes my eye appointment a pleasant experience.
