Dr Cheng is truly phenomenal. He is by far, the BEST podiatrist I’ve ever gone to. He is professional, personable & kind. His office staff is amazing as well. I HIGHLY recommend this doctor for any foot/feet concern, issue or problem.

Was an easy experience with great treatment.

I was a little disappointed by the service provided by this clinic. 3 major things I found frustrating: 1) Very late keeping the appointment time. I was seen by the doctor about 45min after my scheduled appointment time and spent another 20min waiting in the exam room for unknown reasons. No apologies for the late start or long waits, I guess they may have just been busy. 2) The cost for my visit ended up being double what was quoted to me before paying. The itemized receipt also did not match the total amount that I ended up paying. 3) The demeanor of the doctor was a little off-putting. Made me feel a bit rushed and answering my questions was very brief . I will try the doctor's recommendations to prevent future injury but was disappointed by the service and organization of the clinic and will most likely look elsewhere if future needs arise. The most awesome foot doctor and staff ever!!

Dr. Cheng is great. He's super smart, enthusiastic, and he practices his craft with a high degree of professionalism. He performed an ankle "cleanout" surgery on me and did a great job. He was super helpful before and after the surgery. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Cheng is AMAZING! I was born with feet that are so flat the doctors call their colleagues in to look at my xrays. I was told when I got older I would need to have surgery but I hadn’t had any issues in over 10 years with my feet. After having my 3rd child I woke up one morning and was walking on the side of my right foot. I was still on the pain meds of the c section so I couldn’t feel it. The first podiatrist I went to confirmed I needed to stop stalling and have the surgery but couldn’t explain what he would need to do in terms I could understand. When I went to Dr. Cheng he broke everything down to an elementary level. My healing process has been great. He has been available anytime I had any additional questions or concerns. I only Need one more surgery to complete the process and I can honestly say I picked the best doctor for the job. No one is more understanding, helpful, and knowledgeable than him. He’s a perfectionist when it comes to his work. He always gives multiple options to resolve an issue. I would recommend him to anyone having foot issues. Personally, I refuse to go anywhere else. Horrible customer service. The entire office forgot I was having a treatment and left for lunch. I had to unlock the door to get out. Super unprofessional! They still wanted to charge me a co-pay and still didn't realize I had left. If I could give zero stars I would!!!!!!!

The best foot doctor I know!! And all other staffs are very nice. The doctor is very knowledgeable all around!! I would refer to anyone to go to him.

Customer service from staff was great. Dr Cheng was easy to talk to. He assessed my issue and provided recommendations and multiple options. I would go back and recommend him to anyone.

Had an ingrown toenail removed and it was amazing as close to painless as the procedure gets the injections of numbing agents stung like hell but once they kicked in I didn't feel a thing and I had no pain after it wore off it felt like I never had the ingrown toenail at all I finally had my foot back. Highly recommend him you won't regret it. My son has been dealing with an ingrown toenail for several weeks. I called this morning and was able to get my son in within 45 minutes of my call. They were able to cut out the ingrown toenail so he can get relief. I really appreciated the doctor keeping my son calm through the process. He's only 12 and needed the re-assurance that he wouldn't feel them cutting on his toe. Super glad they were available- especially since it's a school holiday and now my son doesn't have to miss school to get this taken care of. I've been going here for 5 years. By far the best doctor ever in this practice!!! Changed my life forever!

By Far the Best Podiatrist I've worked with i say work with because its more than get the procedure and your done, its great patient care they helped to work with my schedule so its great and really convenient, i definitely recommend Going here to All my friends and family.
