Staff nurse was RUDE . Staff could not answer ANY insurance questions. And we walked out because they informed us of an ultra sound test that would take place during consultation. And if insurance couldn't or wouldn't pay it would cost us $1000.00 .

My Father is now in a nursing home because of the horrible care this incompetent Dr Kellie Brown. She knew my Father had a history of Strokes....which should have prevented her from doing surgery her way instead of doing stents through the groin. Instead she did it her way which took longer than it was supposed to and caused my Dad to have 2 more major strokes back to back. He couldn't talk or eat for months. She went on vacation during this time leaving him in the care of a resident. Neither the resident nor the nurses would listen. He never physically recovered and is crippled up in a wheelchair. Dementia set in which turned into Alzheimers. He is in a nursing home now on Death's doorstep just miserable with no quality of life at age 67. She ruined his life and stole the rest of it from him, his wife, his kids, his grandchildren, Family and friends. She basically killed my father. I wouldn't send my dog to this so called doctor. I have known Dr. Brown for about 10 years now. She has performed a few of my surgeries and has saved my life more than once. She always explains things well and is always kind. I always look forward to an appointment with her.

I saw Dr. Brown for a second opinion on a fix for my AAA. She had already taken the time to review my Medical records before I saw her. She was very patient and answered all of my questions. I felt very comfortable with her and will be seeing her again.

They dont tell up front that they're going to do a $1000.00 ultra sound test and if your insurance doesn't pay you have to. We walked out . Nurse I felt was rude. No one had any idea about how insurance worked. You have to speak to our billing dept we were told. When we asked if we could quick call our insurance to verify coverage for said test...we got a no her next appt's in 20 min. Also for a consultation they wanted to do a $1000.00 test? And what if I decided not to do my surgery here?
