Very aggressive while cleaning my ear - as though he were scraping paint. When I asked to see what he had removed, it was almost the size of the tip of a straight pin! He had to step out of the room to accept a call which was fine but returned to my appointment and tried to rush through in order to make up for lost time. After asking for a clearer explanation of his statements regarding my visit, I pointed out various contradictions he kept making. It was as though he hoped I would just get confused and say, Oh, okay. After pointing this out, Dr Keith Postma stated he really did not have an answer for the situation I presented. He was very persistent on me having another round of allergy testing (shots in both arms and scrapes on the back) with 'his team' however this was done elsewhere-twice. Dr. Postma then documented incorrectly the reason I made the appointment in the first place. I need more than a smile to earn my respect...I did not return.

This doctor is excellent he did sinus surgery on me also he removed stubborn wax out of my ear.Which ER didn't accomplish.He is very professional but also a caring doctor

I had a Septoplasty in May of 2016 by him. I wasted one week after the procedure. I believe his intentions were good after discovering a couple nasal polyps which he took care of during the procedure. But as far as the Septoplasty, it failed. My symptoms are worse. After follow up appointments for check ups I told him that it’s not working. He said it was still inflammation and to return in 3 months. Well I did and he gave me the same response, inflammation. I will never go back. Wasted my $$

Very un-personable. Wouldn't let me finish answering my questions and would begin asking me another. Wouldn't listen to what I was saying. I had to repeat multiple times. I'm a doctor of chiropractic and felt that this is not the field of work he should be doing with his type of personality. I had a sore throats for two years. Told me I had fibromyalgia of the throat- when in actuality you cannot have it in the throat. Do not recommend seeing him.
