Keith is a wonderful therapist. I had tried counseling before but hadn't found a good fit, and I was hesitant to start again. I was randomly matched with Keith through my doctor's office, and I am so glad I was. I felt that he was a good match for me after our first appointment. He guided me to so much insight and clarity about myself and why I feel and react the way I do, and provided me with so many helpful techniques to help myself. His calm and understanding nature, as well as his sense of humor, definitely made it easier for me to talk about difficult subjects. I am unfortunately no longer able to see Keith due to an insurance issue, but I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for counseling. I am so thankful to him for all that he was able to help me through.
