If you had a legitimate medical issue with your pregnancy this would be a great place to go as the technicians and physician are highly skilled. However please be aware that they have no problem misrepresenting results from non diagnostic testing (in my case NT scan) and have a profit incentive to push very questionable genetic counseling advice. I was told there was definitely something wrong with my pregnancy when there was absolutely nothing wrong. This led me to agree to unnecessary and potential dangerous to the fetus testing that cause me physical discomfort and extreme emotional distress. They also misrepresented the cost of the procedure and I am dealing with thousands of dollars in third party laboratory bills that I did not knowingly consent to and was not aware of. I would rather have simply given them the money and saved myself months of emotional agony and having my first pregnancy completely destroyed for no reason. This is disgusting behavior and discredits practitioners for when people actually need help. I have heard many stories from other women who had similar experiences at other doctors so it’s pretty much industry wide but if I can save even one other woman from having the experience I did then I will be happy. Dr. Lescale's team are very professional and genuine. They are warm and welcoming as well as very knowledgeable.

I’ve gone here multiple times and have had nothing but an amazing experience each time. Dr Lescale and his colleagues are professional and friendly.

Dr. Lescale and his staff are just wonderful. They are very caring and understanding, this was my first pregnancy and I am 35 so I am advanced maternal age and was a little nervous. They are very knowledgeable and were very patient with me and my nervousness. The office is also very calm and quiet and I didn't have to wait long for my appointments.

Dr. Lescale and his Poughkeepsie staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and caring. He took time to explain things to me and listened to my concerns as I am over 35 and this is my first pregnancy. there wasn't a long wait time to be scheduled and neither was waiting in the waiting room. Was recommended by a few people and I am glad I went.

This place told us our daughter was missing parts of her brain after an ultrasound. We later found out she was fine after getting a fetal MRI a week later in Rockland County. I don't think I would recommend this place to anyone.

The reception staff was extremely unprofessional and rude. The nurse provided poor results of our anatomy scan. The doctor was very brief and stuck up. The overall experience here (for the second time) is probably the worst office I have ever worked with. I will not be returning and I do not recomend this office.

Recently had some abnormal findings on my anatomy scan. Dr. Lescale was amazing with comforting me and explaining everything. He did my amniocentesis and it was completely painless (he definitely knows what he's doing) ! I had very rare findings on my scan, so he continued to research it and reach out to other professionals to get me more information. There are not too many doctors out there that are willing to do that and I cannot say enough how appreciative I am of him doing that. He is a great doctor and I highly recommend him. His geneticist, Stephanie, is incredible too. She was keeping me calm every step of the way while I was waiting 3 weeks to get my results back from the labs. I am so thankful for the both of them!

If it had not been for Dr. Lescale, I would not be here. My pregnancy was very difficult from the start and he made sure to monitor my child and I closely. He was very nice and very informative! All of the staff in his office were so nice too! Very caring and helpful people. I highly recommend Dr. Lescale!

I'm 33 weeks and have had 4 appointments so far but have actually only seen Lescale ONCE for 2 minutes; the other appointments finish off with the ultrasound tech ("do you want to see the nurse or are you good to go?") fetching a begrudging, impatient nurse. Through my OB, I then learn that Lescale will want to induce me (due to new ACOG suggestions to induce ALL women over 35yrs)+ I've called 4x asking to talk to Lescale about this but never received a call back. Zero respect for patients.

This office is clean, warm and very professional. The staff is excellent and very caring. Side-note: they have a very comfortable sono room with pretty chandelier lights and a big screen for viewing.

Great Doctor! Trusted and well respected by his medical peers. Great administrative staff and some of the best sonograms technician in the business they all really know there stuff, I am happy I got to work with the practice.

Never made it to see Dr. Lescale because I was completely turned off by the front staff. I decided to cancel after having to wait uncomfortably for an extensive period at Harrison location. The three young ladies working this afternoon should review hipaa laws and common courtesy. I should never have to hear my or any other patient’s situation being discussed amongst themselves or be subjected to eye rolling and condescending tones. I would never recommend this office. Not worth the time or $$$

My practice used as a them for a specialized ultrasound. I Received a phone call from an unprofessional, nasty, uninformed collection agency (residing in Florida) two years later about a bill for this service. I had to pay the interest on a bill that I never saw because neither Lescale's office nor the collection agency had the right address. Lescale's office should have agreed that it was their error for doing the research to have the right address and should have removed the interest fee, but they didn't. Front office staff had an attitude and not nice in the Harrison location. Specially the curly, long haired girl who doesn't introduce herself by name when she interacts with you or answer the phone.

Did not monitor my identical twin preg. properly (2013 Failed to do routine tests as I was a high risk pregnancy . He did not check my cervical length, no bi weekly ultrasounds, no communication with my OB, never spoke about the risks or symptoms of my pregnancy ( I had a 15-20% chance of TTTS). my records show I had another condition- he never explained to me. I developed TTTS at 22 wk, sent me home to wait- 4 days for app. W . NYC drs. Bc he was unfamiliar w. TTTS. My TTTS worsened to stage 3
