I went to Dr. Haar for a Mohs surgery. He totally took away all my fears and apprehension. I trusted him and his judgment and knew I was getting the best care possible. He went over in detail what to expect and showed great care in his follow up appointment. He never gave any false expectations and was careful to give realistic projections. He is a very kind individual who only wants what is best for all his patients. I am impressed with how much attention he gives each case and will recommend him to friends and family.

I am reviewing, not as a patient, but as an observer. Dr. Haar performed a MOHS surgery on my partner. He was everything an excellent doctor should be. He was compassionate, skilled, a good listener, attentive to the patient, thorough, and cautious. He explained each step he took and why, and had a way of calming anxieties through humor. He also treated all staff with respect and not condescension.

Dr. Haar is by far the kindest and at the same time highly skilled surgeon I have met. He performed to Mohs procedures on my skin and The results far exceeded my expectations. After moth procedures he called me in the evening to see how I was doing and to see if I had questions and even reiterated parts of the skin cancer issues that I was not clear on. After telling a number of friends who I saw, most of them were familiar with Dr. Haar and agreed, he is as good as it gets.

I've had two procedures performed by Dr. Harr a Mohs surgery and skin tag. The Mohs surgery left a 1/4" - 3/8" round scrape on my cheek. While it would have healed on it's own, Dr. Haar used 25 stiches to close it leaving me with an ugly 2" raised and permanent scar. My second procedure was to have tag on my lower eyelid removed. I figured he'd use an eye shield or something protect my eye, but instead he just pulled freeze gun and sprayed past it. One slip and I'd have lost an eye.

I've been seeing Dr. Haar for years. Wouldn't think about seeing anyone else.

Dr. Haar takes the time to get to know his patients. His bedside manner is incredible and made me feel at ease while he treated my skin cancer on my face. I was very impressed with the staff at Arrowhead Dermatology and the cosmetic result from my surgery was much better than I anticipated! Can't recommend Dr. Haar highly enough!

Dr. Haar went above and beyond in making me feel heard in regards to my condition. Highly recommend!

Went in for what I thought would be minor Mohs surgery on my face and walked out of Dr. Haar's office severely disfigured. Additionally, his staff continued to administer lidocaine shots even after I began to have a severe reaction that nearly sent me into cardiac arrest.

Dr. Haar has preformed Two major cancer surgeries on my face in the last three years. Very intense and makes the patient feel special. Takes time to talk to his patient in language we understand. Surrounds himself with well qualified staff.

Makes you feel like you are taking up his time as he expresses He can't take the time as he has to get to the next patient. Overloaded and feel like I am not important.

I was recommended and have recommended 2 more people to see Dr Haar. I am glad I found him to do my surgery. My scar and my friends are not noticable and the whole experiance was calm and easing.
