You will never see him. He has dozens of locations. You will get 10 bills from other offices he is linked to however.

Literally blown away and disgusted. I just called to try to make an appointment for a skin check. Right off the bat the receptionist the rudest person I have ever spoken to in a medical office. It was so incredibly rude- I did not want to spend another second on the phone. I just said thank you and hung up. I will not go to this office because of such poor treatment. Dr. Gross is an experienced, knowledgeable, and caring physician. I've been seeing him for several years for basal cell cancer removal. He is highly professional, efficient and thorough in his diagnosis. When injecting anesthesia onto my face, scalp before removing cancers I only feel a slight prick, then numbing. The best doctor I have ever experienced in this area. He expeditiously, with only a slight scaring, removed, then stitched cancerous areas. I leave knowing that my face/scalp still look great and cancers are removed. I also appreciate waiting only a week or two for an appointment. My own health group after several requests lead time was two-three months. I am very grateful to be seen by Dr. Gross knowing that I am well taken care of by him and his professional and kind staff.

Dr. Gross is an experienced, knowledgeable, and caring physician. I've been seeing him for several years for basal cell cancer removal. I'm giving only one star because I've been calling for a week and no one answers the phone. I am a new patient and I have been trying to make an appointment. This is very frustrating I call about 10 times every day and no answer.

Wouldn’t recommend this place at all his representative by the name blanca needs an attitude check and also know that’s she not a physician save your time from going here and find better service else where

The staff is not friendly at all, especially the medical assistant. I saw the PA who was very friendly and nice. Dr. Gross did his “job” but was not personable, never once asked if I was ok while doing a procedure. Will not be going back!

Went in today and left because the front staff is so rude..asking me personal medical questions in front of everyone in the waitingroom (which is against HIPPA laws) it was so embarrassing. Educated your staff Dr.Gross. have them stay updated on hippa laws not only are your staff asking about private matters I came to the Dr for but talking about my medical insurance. That's all against HIPPA laws . Excellent doctor and staff!!

Dr. Gross is the most caring Dr I have ever had....he takes the time to listen to me, and he is the best dermatologist I have ever been too. While other Dr's may have just brushed me off, he really cares about me and makes sure to get all the pre-mal out before it is cancer. He is the best Dr ever.

When you walk into the waiting room at your appointment time and most of the seats are filled and your doctor is the only one seeing patients, you know something is wrong. And when it happens on your next appointment....... An hour and ten minutes is too long to wait for a two minute examine and procedure. This is one greedy doctor totally overbooking so he can see as many patients as possible. And it shows a disregard for those patients.

My experience was not as bad as some of the reviews suggested, but he does have one young female office assistant who never smiles when asking for the next patient. I keep wondering how she keeps her job their.

The staff here are very nice ,I did not have to wait long to see Dr Gross and when I did see him he answered all my questions and spent the time I needed for my appointment.

Horrible staff!!!

My experience with Dr Gross and his staff was such that I still shudder when I think about it and it was several years ago. Now when I find myself looking for a dermatologist I am reminded of the shame and disgust I felt when I left his office. No reason I should have felt this way only Dr Gross is so arrogant and conceited that's just the way you feel. It was like he could barely stand to put his hands on me or he might get cooties. Does not spend enough time evaluating any skin conditions, loves to do the quick freeze, not happy regarding that route of medical procedures. Will not be returning.

My wife and I have been treated by Dr. Gross since 1997 at his Victorville office (both the former 11th Street site and now his current Hesperia Rd. office), and I can declare plainly that we would never consider seeing another dermatologist. Dr. Gross has repeatedly demonstrated competence in treating skin disorders ranging from relatively innocuous conditions to more serious skin cancers. His professionalism, attention to detail, and concern for his patients are unparalleled. Additionally, we've come to truly appreciate the dedication and warmth of his office staff, from his office manager to include both front and back office personnel. Finding a good dermatologist and friendly office staff can be no small task. But one needn't look any further than Dr. Gross to find such a winning combination. Worst ever!! I went in and Dr. did a biopsy and darn near threw me out. (mind you HE was over an hour past my schduled time to be seen) I was there less than 10 minutes and handed a piece of paper on how to care for the area. Then I was very sick and missed my appointment. It took the office 17 days past my appointment date to finally call me and tell me I have cancer. I went in for the recheck and again I was briefly told what my condition was, they lopped of another biospy and I was again out of his office in less than 10 minutes. When trying to make an appointment with their lab the secretary (caucasion) gave me an attitude because I was working at the time SHE wanted me to come in. The final draw was today when I tried to call in to get the results from the 2nd biopsy and there was nobody there to take my call. It was 11:00am on a Friday and their own recording states that they are open until noon. I then called the number that they left on the recording and nobody answered there either. Worst ever time with a doctor and staff. I would not reccomend this doctor unless you like being treated like just another number and very rudely. I switched docotors!! Worst ever!!
