Dr. Keith Claude Butler

I received a collection notice for months ago. Immediately called a collection company PMS, who directed me to Tec emergency physicians. They attempted and have successfully sent me to collections for a bill three years old. A bill that was fully covered by two different insurance companies. However, the inadvertently did not mark it correctly in their system. After speaking to them for months ago, I was told that they would contact the pool the account back and remove me from any collection activity. They assured me it would not get reported to my credit. Here we are four months later, and it's dropped my credit score 20 points and they did effectively incorrectly and an error report to the credit agencies, a balance, which is not owed, The unethical, or subpar billing techniques are affecting me monetarily, and they should be reprimanded and have consequences for their actions. I will be seeking legal ramifications as a last ditch effort to get them to be held accountable for their mistake. I will be calling every week every other day and logging my time and efforts. Shame on this company shame on Dr. Keith Butler, and any other representative that touched my account
