Dr. Keisha Sinha

Dr. Sinha is an excellent Doctor, but getting an appointment and even getting someone to pick up the phone is impossible. and this is long before Covid--19

The doctor is great but the staff is bad at picking up the phone, their voicemail is always full and takes forever to answer email's. I sent an email on Saturday, one on Monday then realized it was president day, I sent two on Tuesday. Still no response from them.

Worst staff ever like how hard it is go anwser a phone yet everytime i go yall got. A bunch of free time

The doctor herself is great, but her staff is the worst. Completely unresponsive. God forbid you need an Rx refilled, you could drop dead before they respond. They are totally incompetent and clearly don't care about the needs of the patients..

Office staff unresponsive. You have to call back several times to talk to anyone about problems or issues

This professional is always on point, empathetic, respectful, pleasant, diagnoses are always correct, she is able to work with a variety of patients, some of whom are difficult. I will miss her ans seek her our again. I am a professional in the medical field and would highly reccommend her to anyone.
