The service was excellent. I needed a root canal and they were able to see me the same day I was referred. This happened on a Friday and I was going out of town Monday. I was very thankful for their willingness to help me and relieve my pain.

I always looking forward to my root canal treatments with Dr. Bath. Just knowing that, after a week or more of pain, the procedure will be quick and the pain will be gone immediately.

If I could give ten stars, I would. Let me start by saying, I had a horrible experience with a root canal two years ago before I moved to the area. So, I was understandably not looking forward to the possibility of a second root canal. I began experiencing the same pain I had before, so I saw my dentist and he referred me to Kennestone Endodontics. They worked to fit me in the schedule one day after I initially called. The entire experience was enjoyable (as odd as that may sound for a root canal). Dr. Maru was incredible, and she made me feel at ease from start to finish. She continuously checked to ensure that I did not feel any pain throughout the entire procedure. The one and only time I felt any sort of discomfort, she immediately stopped and administered further numbing medication in that area. From there, I did not feel a thing. The entire procedure took less than an hour and I was on my way. The entire staff is very personable and makes you feel comfortable throughout. If you want the best of the best, look no further.

The office manager watched him for me (I’m sure she doesn’t what that advertised ????) during my procedure. I was super anxious about how he’d behave and they were so wonderful. BEWARE!!!! My experience was horrible!! This place is not concerned with the patient's health they're very deceitful and focused on $money$. On my intial visit they numbed my mouth then brought me back to the front desk were i was informed to pay $980 on the spot for treatment. I paid $700 for them to put a hole in my mouth that's still there. You're lying about providing the cost up front you plus you apologized this morning and now it didn't happen. Dr. Baths skill level is unmatched. She did a majority of my root canals (and trust me, she did a lot of root canals for me). She is like a brain surgeon with her root canals and uses top tier equipment as well. If you need a root canal come to her to make sure it is done with precision and finesse. Trust me it is well worth the money to have a legit endodontist do your root canal. She is also a great person that cares about her patients for real, and her assistant (I think it was Lindsey, I'm bad with names though) that always helped during every single one of my root canals was just as good. I have had at least 6 root canals due to not having enough fluoride in my water growing up. Dr. Bath is by far the best endodontist I’ve ever been to!! My dentist called her for me and she was kind enough to work me in to relieve my pain so I could attend my daughter’s graduation from Grad school in Savannah the next day. She and her staff stayed late. She told me it was actually a tooth that had already had a root canal and one of the canals had been missed and I had one of the worst abscesses she’d seen. I must admit I was a little skeptical and thought she had the wrong tooth. But she knows exactly what she’s doing and was right!! If it hadn’t been for her I would never have made it to my daughter’s graduation. I will never go to another endodontist but Dr. Bath. I also told my dentist he should refer everyone to her!! Amazing! My son was in a car accident and has needed 3 root canals. His dentist recommended Dr. Bath and her team. After the first one, he said that it was easy and didn't hurt at all. This was after I told him how with past experiences that I had with root canals, they were very painful. He told me how nice everyone in the office was and made him feel very comfortable. I needed a root canal this past Monday and they were able to fit me in the following day after I called. when I arrived, I was immediately greeted and everyone was so sweet and genuine and made me feel very comfortable. Then I met Dr. Bath and she was equally as sweet. They explained everything in detail of what they would be doing. Then came time for the shot, which I absolutely hate, and she was amazing! I was referred from my dentist for the infamous Root Canal and due to the pain I was having from the tooth before my appointment I knew it was going to be a painful experience. But Dr. Bath and staff explained to me exactly what the pain was I was feeling and how they were going to proceed to make the experience as tolerable as possible. Wouldn't you know it my problem tooth had three canals instead of two which were all inflamed due to infection. So this experience was a set up for disaster. But Dr. Bath was able to work with each canal while continually giving it additional anesthetic to make the process go as smooth as possible. And Amber and Anna were awesome assistants who kept checking in on me to make sure I was okay. You know us guys aren't too quick to admit pain, but I felt completely comfortable letting them know if something was bothering me during the process. Kirah and Elizabeth were absolutely amazing at handling all of my scheduling and taking care of my insurance and payment processes. I felt more like a valued client than just another paying customer. With them being the first people you talk to when you contact the office, it makes you feel like you're going to be appreciated the entire experience. I was referred to this practice. It cost $370 for the X-rays and consultation. The diagnosis was 2 abscess teeth that needed root canals at a cost of $3,195. I wanted a second opinion and that diagnosis was that the one tooth did not need a root canal and the other needed to be removed. I would have paid that money and still needed the one tooth extracted. I would not recommend this practice. If I could give a negative rating, I would. I was referred to this practice. I would not recommend Dr. Bath or the staff. I merely needed a root canal, and after having my tooth drilled for over one hour, she said that the tooth cracked and now I have to have it pulled and immediately got up from her chair and left - never to be heard from again! No explanation! I was charged over $900 (and that was after my insurance paid), and then had to go and get the tooth pulled by another dentist, and then had to go to another dentist to place a tooth implant and crown on top of implant. Not to mention, the receptionist was very rude and appeared to hate her job. I have never given such an awful review, but here it is. Do not go to Dr. Bath - you've been warned. After having pain for 2 weeks, I came in with high stress and pain. This was an amazing experience, it was done so quickly and I didn't feel a thing. I hope to not need another root canal, but if I do, I'll be coming back here.

Dr Bath and her staff are wonderful! I, unfortunately, have had several root canals and retreats in my lifetime. It's hard to find a doctor that actually cares about how you feel. Dr Bath attempted to start a root canal but it was so painful she couldn't finish. I was in tears. She prescribed an antibiotic and pain killer and had me come back a few days later. But I was not wanting to go through that pain again. She was kind enough to prescribe conscious sedation meds as a last resort. Thankfully I didn't feel a thing - like it never happened. This dentist received reimbursement from my insurance company and they were suppose to refund me the overpayment I made; that was two months ago, I continue to get the runaround from Elizabeth, the girl who answers the phone. I plan on contacting the BBB and the Dentist Association to find out my recourse. I would not do business with this doctor as I feel she’s not financially sound and doesn’t run a proper business.

This company is deceitful. They tell you one amount, you pay the fee and then when you come back, they say you owe more money! I spoke with the lady at the front desk and she assured me they told me this ....even though she did not and I paid what I was told. My insurance covered their portion. They will not refund me the money I did pay for the services they did not complete! I refuse to pay an extra $300 for services they told me was way less!! I do not recommend here unless you are ok to pay other than the amount specified when you agree to services. Also the lady at the front went back and forth as she lies and falsified notes saying she spoke with me about paying more money before I came in to my appointment. I would post zero stars if I could. I am 8 months pregnant and was in SEVERE pain, to the point of almost passing out several times. I am limited on what pain medication I can take and needed to have a tooth worked on due to an infection. They spent about 45 minutes and $165 (after insurance) trying to get an X-ray of my tooth, which was very painful. They then could not tell exactly which tooth was causing the problem, so she told me she didn’t feel comfortable performing a root canal unless she knew for sure. I was okay with that and told them once I could feel the pain coming back the way it was the night before, I would rush in to have them perform the test again. I called a few hours later in horrendous pain and was told they could not work me in, and it would be two days later before they would see me just to perform the test. I had already spent the entire night before, eight hours, bawling and out of my mind from the pain. I was prescribed Tylenol 3, approved by my OB, which was not touching the pain. Going to an ER does no good because they are so limited on what they can do, due to me being pregnant. I was basically told by Dr. Bath and her staff, “Sorry, nothing we can do...” and good luck. This was at 3 p.m. on a Tuesday and they told me they were about to close for the day. I thought dentists were supposed to be DOCTORS and would help in emergency situations. Not the case with her. She wanted no part of it. Looking at her facility, she is paid well, while patients are paying an arm and a leg and still not being treated in emergency situations. Like I said, 8 months pregnant, limited pain meds I can take, she even agreed with me when I was in there that an ER probably wouldn’t do me any good because the only way to get out of pain is to fix the tooth. I can *kind of* understand if I wasn’t pregnant, but my situation is a bad one and one where I cannot take just anything to stop the pain. To have to deal with another night of excruciating pain was unnecessary. This is a case where a dentist flat out did not want to be bothered. Do not use Dr. Bath. She and her staff appear to be nice, but have zero compassion in true emergency situations. Horrible, horrible, horrible experience. I was in tears on the phone and desperate for someone to help me. It wasn’t like I was some angry customer at a retail store who didn’t get their product on time; I was a patient who was calling in severe pain and begging for help. I certainly hope she is never in a situation to where she needs emergency help and is pushed off for two days; I wouldn’t wish that on anyone, not even her! I would post zero stars if I could. Dr. Bath is absolutely the BEST! She found a small piece of metal instrument (that looked like a root) that had broken off into my tooth, and Dr. Bath did an incredible job getting that piece of metal out which was no easy job it was very tiny. But only a pro as she is could have removed it.

Honestly, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for dental work of this specialty. Dr. Bath is a perfectionist and it shows in her persistence...she never gives up regardless of the problems the tooth presents. And the quality of her work is exceptional. This practice is probably one of the very few that make a root canal, tolerable! It starts with the ladies at the front desk that always great you with a smile. More than just receptionists, they know their stuff. They were able to answer all my questions and even took the time to speak with my wife on the phone. Each dental assistant that I had the pleasure of working with, kept me informed and entertained. Very easy to talk to. They were masterful in numbing prior to the work. I have always had problems getting numb, so I was greatly impressed! Dr. Bath has a wonderful way of explaining the process in a way that is easy to understand. I had a failed root canal and Kennestone Endodontics fit me in next day. Alexis, part of the front office staff, was so helpful and explained exactly what my insurance would cover in full detail. She worked with my dentist to coordinate appointments and took care of me well. My hygienist, Ampra, had the best bedside manner and made sure I was comfortable and informed at every step. Dr Bath has done several root canals for me and I have been very impressed with her skill and expertise. She had worked on a calcified root that two prior endodontists could not complete. I also enjoy the office atmosphere. It's very chill and comfortable and her staff is kind, efficient and skilled as well. I have recommended her to several family and friends and I don't do that lightly.

Horrible experience the absolute worst I have ever had. Had multiple root canals before with different drs. This was the worst in my life.

Mossy painful experiences I’ve ever had @ Dentist very unorganized the procedure was arduous !! She seemed in a hurry to get me out of there & one of the receptionist happen to mention when I was leaving that she had to go to one of her daughters school plays !! Do not go there !!!!

Very pleasant at first. But I was taken back to the treatment area, given xrays, numbed and then lead to the front to discuss fees, which should've happened before anything. Although I have insurance I was told my out of pocket would be over 1,000.00. Then charged for the anesthesia and x-rays. Over 200.00 Got home and called my insurance and they found me an endodontist that I I'd only pay 370.00 out of pocket. Lesson learned! They can charge whatever they want if they're not in network! I was referred here by Reich Dental Center in Smyrna, after an initial appointment to begin the journey to a healthy smile. Sad to say, I needed a root canal, so the appointment was made. From the moment I walked in the door at Kennestone Endodontics, I felt welcome. The ambiance of the office is gorgeous - cool, industrial pendant lights and pretty art in muted tones, jazz playing throughout the office, gorgeous girls at the desk, like Heather (who has the cutest pixie cut ever). Even the bathroom is swanky, with a vessel sink and cloth hand towels to dry your hands. I was greeted by Kayla exactly at my appointment time, who guided me back to a treatment room to get started. I was hot (because I run hot, and it was our first 90 degree day in Georgia, so I was glowing a bit, as we Southern girls do), so Kayla went and got a little floor fan and arranged it to help cool me off. We did some x-rays, then I met Dr. Bath, who was friendly and efficient. She examined my tooth then explained what she was going to do. She reassured me that there would be no pain, and that if there were, then they had lots of anesthetic on hand and would make sure I was comfortable before proceeding. Then they left me to numb up, so I just settled back, closed my eyes, and listened to the music for a bit. The procedure itself was absolutely pain-free and did not take long at all. When it was all said and done, Kayla brought me a little antiseptic to swish-and-spit, then handed me a wet, warm towel to use on my face. Then it was back to Heather to set my follow-up appointment, and out the door! My appointment was at 2:30pm and I was in the car ready to head home by 3:36pm. It’s 8 pm on the day I had my root canal (@2:15) and I have yet to feel any pain. Dr. Bath and her team are EXPERTS at getting the novacaine to go exactly where it needs to go. This was my second root canal with Dr. Bath and her team. The first one was a re-do of an old root canal from 20 years ago, different endodontist. Today’s root canal with Dr. bath was on the same tooth but for a canal that was not caught 20 yrs ago and had gotten infected. After 20 years, the canal can calcify and become very difficult to locate. But because Dr. Bath is truly an expert in her field with the best and latest technology at her fingertips, she was able to find it and fix it with absolutely no problem or pain whatsoever. Throughout the process, she and her assistant Lindsey continually asked me how I was doing. And they gave me updates along the way, which I really appreciated. On top of that, you get a warm blanket, headrest and earphones to listen to anything you want. Needless to say, the team goes out of their way to make you as comfortable as you can be for this sort of thing. If you have to have a root canal, the ONLY person you should let do this work is Dr. Bath. You will be so glad you did. My experience with Kennestone Endodontics and Dr. Bath was by all means a very pleasant one. I was in need of a double root canal for side by side teeth which was somewhat of an emergency due to the pain I was experiencing. Dr. Bath’s front office made efforts to get me an appointment as soon as possible the following morning while taking care of all insurance procedures in the meantime and all the while giving me an exact amount for the out of pocket costs. Even offering flexible payment options. Once there, Dr. Bath and her dental assistant went to work on my teeth immediately with precision and in a very professional manner. My daughter’s regular dentist referred us to this practice because she may need two root canals. 20 minutes after our appointment time a lady came to get my daughter and said she would take her back for X-Rays. She wouldn’t let me come. She said she’d come get me when it was time. No one ever did. 20/30 minutes later I heard my daughter screaming and crying down the hall. I rushed back to her and Dr. Bath was doing something to her teeth. She hadn’t given us a consultation, she didn’t introduce herself to me first, I didn’t even know her name at this point. She never spoke to me and took the liberty of moving forward with testing without my consent. I still don’t know what she did or the findings of the xrays because she refused to speak to me. She got up and walked out while I asked repeatedly what was going on. She did a cold test on my daughter which we already had done at her regular dentist. She didn’t cry when he did it. This woman should not be allowed near people.

We just left a few minutes ago after a NIGHTMARE experience. Dr. Garza at Floss Dentistry sent us here. My twelve year old daughter may need two root canals. Our appointment was for 8:00. It was closer to 8:20 when someone came to get my daughter. I stood up to go with her and this person made it clear she would just take Jordan back for X-Rays and she would come get me when it was time. The minutes keep ticking by and I kept thinking how long do X-Rays take? Around 8:40 I hear my daughter screaming and crying all the way down the hall. I jump up and tell the front desk I want to see my daughter NOW. I walk down the hall and they have my daughter in a chair doing some sort of test on her (a cold test which Dr. Garza our regular dentist has already done). Tears were steaming down Jordan’s face and I was FURIOUS. I hadn’t even MET the doctor. No conversation had been had- no consultation had been had. She took the liberty of working on my daughter and who knows what else without even speaking to me! I still don’t know what she did to my daughter- or what the findings of the X-Rays were- or what the results of any testing was. The doctor REFUSED TO SPEAK TO ME. She jumped up and walked out of the room and snarled at me. The only thing she said was “This isn’t going to work.” NO IT ABSOLUTELY ISN’T. One of her assistants snarled at me and followed me up to the desk and said that it is their procedure to not allow parents to come in the room with children. WHAT? The doctor didn’t even introduce herself to me, she didn’t ask me any questions about what is going on with Jordan’s teeth, she didn’t give me her opinion on what we should do next. SHE STARTED WORKING ON HER WITHOUT MY CONSENT. In SPITE of all this I said please let me know if I owe anything for today. Her snarling assistant said “we did a full exam so it will be full price!” No one discussed any exam with me- no one discussed any results of said “exam” so what exactly would I be paying for? You don’t treat/touch a child without speaking to the parent FIRST. Again- the doctor NEVER spoke to me before working on my twelve year old. I don’t even KNOW HER NAME! She should have introduced herself, asked me what’s going on, what work has been done on Jordan’s teeth leading up to this point, and given her professional opinion on how we could move forward today. I am disgusted with this “practice.” Avoid at all costs. I will follow up with every single avenue possible to report the unprofessionalism we experienced today. This should NEVER happen. I’m sure the “doctor” will respond to this review and lie about what happened today. I’m sure she will say I ran into the room loud and throwing a fit. SHE WOULD BE CORRECT. She crossed a line today that should never be crossed. She and her employees were snarky, defensive and hostile. They didn’t seem to grasp the concept of you don’t work on a child without talking to the parents first! You don’t leave the parents in the dark about what is going on! You don’t force the parents to wait in the waiting room- you ask them if that is ok first and let them decide! Unacceptable and inexcusable. I’ve already spoken to Dr. Garza and he agreed that YOU JUST DON’T DO THAT!

Dr. Cramer & Dr. Bath are amazing! I've had some miserable dental issues and they and their staff have taken such good care of me. Mercy & Lindsay (assistants) are wonderful. Everyone there makes sure you're as comfortable as possible, and they are very thorough in their explanations and instructions. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

The place is hidden in the suburbs of Marietta so it was a little hard to find, but the staff and dental assistants are really nice and funny. The place is hardly ever crowed and they see you right away. I had an abscess in my gums from an infected root canal that I had done 13 years ago and needed a root re treatment. I hated my root canal and was scared my re-treatment was going to be just as painful. But Dr Ruti Bath was amazing and I didn't feel any pain. I definitely recommend getting the nitrous gas when your getting it done it makes you feel really relaxed. The only thing I didn't like was when I was having my procedure they numbed my mouth and got me all prepped and then had me go to the front desk to discuss my bill. Could have done it before I started to get drug up. Other than that great place and staff ???? Went to see Dr. Narisa Cramer for a root canal. Strange to say about any doctor visit especially a root canal but my visits were a great experience. I have had several visits with this office and I dont think I will ever use another Endodontic facility. The front staff was very informative and detailed when discussing my treatment costs with me and insurance information. The assistants in the back for knowledgeable and very efficient. They didnt seem to question anything they were doing and all worked very well with the doctor. Dr. Bath helped me understand why I needed treatment and when she gave me the anesthetic I didnt feel it at all, which was amazing because I HATE needles! They offered me a blanket, pillow and music to help me relax and enjoy being there even in my situation. I felt like I was in a spa!
