He took my thyroid with the radiation Pill at the hospital. It was over active… without trying to slow it down first. He immediately did this method. My Internal Medicine Doctor begged me not to go to him because he was known to take thyroids by this method without trying to give anything else first. Money it’s all about money with him. He has ruined my health.. thyroid regulates everything in the body. Beware people and stay clear of this doctor. I wish I listened to my Internal Medicine Doctor. Horrible!

Need to cancel an appt for myself and I've been trying since Monday to cancel- called during business hours and phone keeps ringing and no answering service- stay on the phone for hours and hours. Number they gave me to someone's voicemail isn't set up for voicemails. My appt is tomorrow and I can't make it and there is no way to reschedule or change.

No one answers the phone or has a callback message!!!!

Dr. Ehsanipoor listened carefully to my comments and concerns and took time to discuss options and educate me about COVID-19.

Dr. Ehsanipoor is an excellent physician. He is eager to listen to what his patient has to say, and he is very understanding of their feelings. I appreciate the fact that he was kind and genuine to me, and he treated me as a person who matters. Everyone in the office is very kind and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Ehsanipoor and his practice to anyone needing an Endocrinologist.

I was seen promptly, treated with courtesy & professional attention. My requests were honored and my next appointment scheduled quickly and easily. Even when I have needed an appointment between scheduled appointments there has been no problem or delay.

Dr. Ehsanipoor is great, however the people who take the incoming calls are not worth their weight in penny’s..I called the Friday before my yearly appointment to see about changing it, after finding out the next appointment I could get was two months out I kept my Monday appointment confirm appt time of 2pm...I arrived at 1:26, after watching everyone who came in after me be called in @2:47 I asked what’s going on..I was told my appointment is 3pm..I lost it..I said I had call on Friday and was told 2pm..this is the second time this has happen to me. Now it is time for me to fine another dr to see once a year just to get medication. This is totally no way to run a business...and this is a business!

As usual, everyone was professional and efficient. Dr. Ehsanipoor is a true gem!

I have been seeing Dr. Ehsanipoor for approximately two years for the treatment of my osteoporosis. He is current on the most recent medical advances, and is very thorough in making sure my labs do not indicate a problem with the medication. My wait time is minimal, and his staff is always professional and courteous. I highly recommend his practice!

I waited months for this appt. only to not receive the paperwork. Then I called twice to let them know I didn’t receive it they were supposed to send it and didn’t. I get to the appt fill out the paperwork and still have to wait 45 mins before seeing the doctor. He was rude, condescending, and unprofessional. He spent all of five minutes in the room. Refused to listen to my concerns and continued to talk over me. Actually told me that I should back away from the table. It was a total waste of time. I didn’t get any answers. I’ve never felt so low in my life. I would not recommend him to anyone. He doesn’t listen to his patients only belittles them. He told me that my diagnosis was wrong. He didn’t even evaluate me or do labs or anything. He may have been a great provider in the past, but he is definitely not now. Maybe he’s tired, I don’t know but he should consider retiring. Because the minute you lose compassion and care for your patients is the minute you should stop practicing.

If all doctors could learn to doctor as Dr. Ehsanipoor does, our health and approach to healthcare would be so much better. Amazing compassion, great mastery of Endocrinology, charming individual. They don't make them like this anymore. I feel blessed to call him MY Dr.

Awesome doctor. Dr. Eshanapoor was my 3rd endocrinologist and the first one to get my A1C under control. He takes a lot of time to understand your condition. His office has wonderful support staff and one of the best nutritionists I have ever met.

Very thorough and attentive. Takes time to review your lab results and shows numbers in detail. Even always personally calls to discuss results - not a nurse! Would recommend to anyone needing an endocrinologist.

I always look forward to my appointments with Dr. Ehsanipoor. He is very professional yet is very friendly and talks to me. He is very thorough and precise and always does a very thorough examination. He has a very caring attitude and shows genuine interest in me, that's what really matters. He takes his time and always treats me with respect. Of all the doctors I see, Dr. Ehsanipoor is the best.

Dr. Ehsanipoor is thorough in his physical examination. While he is talking to you, he’s examining you then, too. He takes his time and answers your questions.

Dr. Ehsanipoor and his staff are one of the best I deal with for my medical needs. I would recommend him to anyone who is a diabetic, which is what I see him for. He also is concerned with my overall health and takes time to listen to what I have to say, and communicates well with me. The staff, especially Sandy who I deal with most, are always friendly and have a positive attitude. They always make my concerns their priority while I am there. Can't say enough good about them. Dr. Ehsanipoor listens when I tell him about what it going on inside my body and allows me to be part of the decision making. This gives me ownership of my health.

My mother had such a great experience with Dr. Ehsanipoot while she was admitted to Memorial Health, that she changed to using him as her primary endocrinologist. She has been in the hospital multiple times and he is always very on top on her care

I am 25 now and. Have been seeing Dr.Ehsanipoor since I was 10! Great Doctor!

He is extremely friendly and listens to what you have to say. Some of the staff could be a little friendlier, but they get what I need done!

Dr. Esanipoor is very attentive and cares about his Patients.. I have never had any issues with the offuce staff. They are always pleasant and friendly. Dr. Esanipoor is always willing to listen to patient concerns.

waited six months for this appointment. Was referred by insurance provider to see him in September. I called every week and they told me they would call Everytime. They never called, I received a letter in the mail stating I had an appointment in Jan (today) and to fill out paperwork. Once I finally got to see him his nurse was great but then first doctor came in didn't even listen to all concerns spoke over me and got the doc- same thing. They went off of bloodwork from August to diagnose me.

If you're looking for a doctor who doesn't listen to what you're concerns are, and is equally as non caring regarding getting test results back in a timely manner - this is the practice (staff included) for you!

Doc is knowledgeable, but scheduling and compassion from staff is a horrendous. On every occasion I waited for 45 min to an hour to get inside where I'd spend another half hour being interviewed by a staff member/nurse, then an intern would interview again before the doc arrived, where I'd listen to him brief the doc and discuss things for another 10 minutes. Then the Doc world perform his own exam and question session. By the time I got out of the office, I'd missed a half day of work!
