Dr. Jabs is honest and to the point. Very respectful and great care.

It takes more than a week of calling twice per day to get a call back (maybe). You usually wait over an hour. Overall, mediocre care, poor patient relations and appalling call back etiquette. Find a doctor anywhere else!

I felt like Dr. Jabs was very thorough and sensitive to our anxiety as parents and to my child's anxiety as well. She personally called me to discuss test results on several occasions. I never felt rushed or that my concerns were not relevant. Very pleased with the care we received.

Takes 3 days to get a call back, usually have to wait an hour before being seen, and we have had no positive results in 2 years

Condescending attitude and lack of collaboration caused us to seek care at a better hospital in a different city.
