Kathy Hwu is overall neglectful, in the last 7 months she was seen me once and failed to notify me about my illnesses. She also does not provide adequate treatment for my condition and is impossible to get in contact with.

Kathy Hwu is overall neglectful, I have seen her once in the past 7 months and she does not inform me of my conditions. She downplays my illnesses and does not provide the proper treatment for me. Not to mention getting in contact with her is nearly impossible.

I went to see Dr Hwu as a referral by my son's urologist. Although it was difficult to get in to see her quickly and there was a bit of a wait time we found her to be an excellent doctor. Good bedside manner and very patient with us. If you need to get into see her quickly ask the scheduler to check her Clear Lake office availability. You may get in to see her alot faster there.
