I have completley trusted Dr. Moyer with the care of my very young IBD diagnosed child for the last 4 years and and am grateful for the help that she has provided. She has always taken her time with us and listened to our many concerns, leaving no question unanswered. She has really made me feel like an integral part of the team, which I'm extremely appreciative of. Dr. Moyer is extremely thorough, cautious, and is always up to date on the latest therapies/treatments. The best part about Dr.Moyer is that she shows up for her patients outside of the clinic! She has joined her patients at the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation's Take Steps walk the times we have participated, which means so much to our family! My child had multiple hospital admissions for the same problem. Instead of looking for a problem, Dr. Moyer bullied us inpatient and disregarded any of my concerns due to my child being very medically complex. She was fine band aiding the issue, instead of looking for the cause, and when I asked for a second opinion she considered that a “red flag”. Her bedside manner appears fine, until you appear like an educated parent.

Dr. Moyer filled in for a procedure that our doctor wasn't able to do for our child until much later. We can't thank her enough for stepping in so we didn't have to wait any longer. Her professionalism and assistance in helping diagnose our daughter was very much appreciated. She's fantastic!

Our family has had nothing but positive experiences with this office, and with Dr Moyer. Our teenager has been a patient there for more than two years now, and we’ve found Dr Moyer to be a compassionate and responsive doctor to work with. We feel very lucky to have found such a good fit in a specialist.

Dr. Moyer is a skilled, kind and compassionate clinician. I have trusted her with the care of both of my children and and am grateful for the help that she has provided to them. The office and staff are completely rude and have absolutely no compassion. Dr Moyer did a endoscopy and called to tell me that everything looked good and was normal. He had some abnormal lab work prior to having procedure. When she ran additional blood work one of the levels came back that the LDH wasn’t recognized so no levels were detected and somehow she missed that it IF she actually went over his blood work. She also told me that she rules out anything major including CANCER. Well she missed it! My son was diagnosed with Non Hogkins lymphoma last week. I would never recommend her and her unprofessional mean staff. The office and staff are completely rude and have absolutely no compassion. This office has terrible patient care. Their phone-line has changed & since the change you cannot get through to anyone, it states to call back in an hour but that is every time you call. The only person I can leave a message with is Natalie in billing. The clinic Manager is Alma and she is kind but, unfortunately that doesn't make up for the lack of bed side manner a certain provider has & the miscommunication which is constantly happening in this office. I do NOT recommend going to this office & if you are referred here from your child's PCP ask to be sent to a different office. Many things happened which have added up to writing this review which included, called multiple times for clarification with no call backs day before procedure, miscommunication about appt times & arrivals time for procedure date (recorded voicemail from MD office stated an hour later than when surgery place needed us there), recorded voicemail of the pre-op instructions which were wrong, MD had terrible bed side mannerisms, gasto md & anesthesiologist refused to mention you can go back with your child (under the age of 2 for the sedation process) had to speak up myself. She is amazing! She has gone the extra mile for my child! I truly don't think we could have figured out my child's issues without her! They are not all GI Issues which only makes me more impressed with her brilliance.
