Enjoys Dr.hanlons explanations and her concerns

Dr Hamlin Takes time to get to know her patient. She takes time to review the patient’s medications and any contradictions. Dr. Hanlon listens to her patients concerns, symptoms, and their comments. She even walks you out to the checkout desk and shakes your hand. She gave me a diagnosis of my symptoms. When the medications caused me additional problems she responded quickly to my concerns and stopped the medication. She is a fine physician. Dr Hamlin Takes time to get to know her patient. I have alot of respect for Dr Hanlon. She has helped my sister immensely. We will miss Dr Hanlon but we wish her well in the future. My sister's primary care Dr will give us a referral for another neurologist.

My wife just received a letter that she is closing her practice. She didn’t even include a list of doctors to consider transferring to. She has been worthless to my wife

I don't understand the critical reviews. I have a lot of experience with neurologists and she is one of the best I've experienced. Very smart, well informed, and thoughtful. I don't know anyone better in the SB area. People should be glad to benefit from her expertise. The main problem is with the office. It's very, very difficult to get through. Even now, I am planning to call them, and I dread the long wait.

I like her as a person and a human being but she's not a good doctor she didn't say nothing of right or anything she's just older she needs to pretty much retire I think she's lost her mind. I know other people went there and they really liked her a lot but I just didn't care for her.

Worst office in the world - I waited in a room today for over 30 minutes in a room without contact. I left to find someone and two women talking didn’t bother to answer me when I called out to them. Plus every call takes 15-20 to just get to an answer. They have billed me because they never apply my co-paycorrecly. So I pay and call every time to have my co-pay applied payment applied correctly. Walked out No One at the place cares about their patients - She needs to retire and close.
