When they forget about their patients, and then blame the hospital. Or how about this… they cancel your child’s appointment then after they don’t reschedule it they call DCFS and claim your neglecting your child. How about when sandy hangs up on you when you call the office 20 times to get your child’s insulin refilled. Then while in the ER and being admitted to the hospital they simply leave the hospitalist to make changes to your newly diagnosed diabetic child, then claim you you changed to child’s medication!?!? This office has way too many patients to care for any of them correctly. Take your child to UCSF or UCD you will regret the care (or lack there of) that your child receives. My daughter is a patient of dr Eckert and is treated for pws. She adores dr Eckert and the nurses/office staff. They go above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable and are knowledgeable and helpful! Highly recommend them! ????

We took our son to see Dr. Eckert and she was able to help us figure out what was wrong with him. He is now beginning to grow and gain weight. I highly recommend Dr. Eckert.

Dr Eckerts office is the only pedo endocrinologist in town, thank goodness it is staffed by some very amazing people. Even if there were a choice this would be mine. My son has been seeing Lorri for over 3 years now and we love her! This office has made one of the most difficult diagnoses tolerable. Thank you so much!!

Dr Eckert is very knowledgable, good with kids, and easy to talk to. She gave us ample time without feeling rushed. Office staff is nice and wait time has never been longer than 10 minutes. I would highly recommend.

Dr.Eckert is very personable and cares about her relationship with patients. She is very thorough overall; questions, exam, and discussion. I had researched several endocrinologists and she was my pick for my son who requires growth hormone therapy. She was the 100% correct pick, glad I was led to her!

My teenager has been through so much over the last 5 years. I don't know what I would of done without the wonderful and compassionate way Dr Eckert took care of her. Thank you Dr Eckert and office staff for your help.
