Kathleen Mahoney

Extremely dissatisfied with Dr. Mahoney. I attempted to get a prescription refill for a week. My pharmacist sent 4 faxes, I called 3 times, and was told I would get a refill. Then, I was denied because I needed to see her first but there were no appointments for two months. The solution was to double book an appointment me then fill my prescription. I was already out so waiting a week and wasting my time was not an option. Totally unprofessional to never contact me after 7 attempts to get a refill and a waste of everyone’s time to double book appointments.

She took her time and listened to all of my questions and concerns. I never felt like a bother or waste of time. Especially as a black woman, I don't take for granted a doctor who hears me.

Dr. Mahoney is a very thoughtful and caring practitioner. She takes the time to hear your concerns and is quick to provide you with well informed treatment options. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.
