Staff was professional and courteous.

Every interaction was great, all doctors and staff were welcoming and friendly.

They was great during the process!

Every time I come to the office everyone is extremely pleasant and helpful. I did have a few issues with instructions on the process and medications, but overall a great experience. I will absolutely recommend this office and Dr. Kathy is the best and I will be back to have another baby.

The overall experience was great and the staff was friendly. The staff was very inclusive and made us feel comfortable during the entire process.

Dr. Kathy Doody is truly AMAZING, as well as everyone else at CARE Fertility! We are SO blessed to have been on this journey with them! THEY MAKE MIRACLES HAPPEN!!! Dr. Kathy is most definitely a determined woman of her word. When she says she does not give up, she means exactly that!! The best doctor EVER!!!

We could not have asked for a better experience. The doctors and staff were amazing. They were thorough, kind, and very compassionate. And most importantly they are great at what they do. I have been to other fertility doctors, and hands down I would choose Dr. Kathy and her staff over and over again.

Dr. Kathy Doody and staff were there for us every step of the way during the process. Having the reassurance and accessibility of the staff put my husband and I at ease during a stressful time.

This doctor has a very nonchalant cold demeanor with clients of older age. She took every opportunity to make sure I knew I was “Old” (36) at the time and just how hard that would make everything for me. When having an actual appointment with her, it was always hurry hurry, rush rush, and I always found myself grasping at her before she ended call to ask questions or inquire of alternative methods of which she would remind me once again of how old I was with only one option. Generally this would end with me in tears and frustrated… frustrated at how much time (travel 2hrs) and money we had already wasted seeing someone so cold. Fast forward to after Covid as they had shut down all elective surgeries,I scheduled my surgery with the other female surgeon there due to Dr.Doody no longer doing them. Paid the fee and was waiting and excited only to be called and told that Dr. Doody wanted me to come in. I took the two hr trek there, paid even more money for her to come in and say what she doesn’t think is possible and I’ll call you. When she did call it was dooms day “sorry to tell you this but you just need to get a hysterectomy noones going to do this surgery not here at least you can seek another opinion.” I felt like she had gone and convinced the other doctor it wasn’t a good idea because she thiught so. With me In full tears she said what she said, gave a quick emotionless im sorry and ended the call. I sat thinking my gosh I would hate for a woman with no kids to go through this type of treatment. Moral of this explanation is… if you are 35 and older either try the other doctor there who has pretty good reviews or go to another clinic! I went to another Doctor right after her who was floored at how bad off she acted, and stated they have seen way worse! I ended up using Dr. Tiffany Jackson since she’s in a hospital setting and she was so kind, patient, thorough and realistic, had options and got me in asap. Her reviews speak volumes of her and she’s every bit of it! Not once did she make me feel to old or to damaged as Kathleen did. I sit today with the surgery done and no issues during the procedure. Choose wisely folks and always get a second opinion. Don’t take bad treatment there are others out there! Much luck ladies and baby pixie dust!???? Stay encouraged! P.S. The overall experience was amazing. The staff is all very nice in both locations, Bedford and Fort Worth. I am very happy with the results of the doctors as well.

Dr. Dooty was professional, caring, efficient, and kind through the entire process. It’s been almost 8 yrs since she performed my tubal reversal procedure and I now have 2 more beautifully perfect boys. ❤️ I will never be able to express how blessed we are and how thankful we are for her medical talent.

Positive results and good experience with the office staff!

****ALL ABOUT MONEY**** What started out as a positive experience quickly turned into a negative experience. My husband and I came to this clinic because I had a tubal ligation many many years ago; so I opted to have a reversal. After the reversal; we started TTC and were only about 3 months post op., and I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Kathlyn basically because I just wanted to be encouraged a little, because I was overwhelmed with so many emotions. I started crying at the appointment and Dr. Kathleen showed no empathy or concern, she just talked about how its probably not going to work; and we should try IVF; (requesting more money from us), which initially we were told that if the tubal reversal wasn't a success; the money that we paid for it would be added towards any IVF in the future! I feel that they are all about money here, there is no real compassion AT ALL! No one has ever reached out to us since all of this happened. Words cannot express how thankfully we are to Dr. Doody! My husband and I have been given the opportunity not once but twice to add on to our family. I am beyond grateful for all of their work. The office staff has always been helpful and Aracely is the BEST. They all have always kept me informed and have been extremely helpful to us.

Overall, the past two experiences have been amazing thus far. We knew coming into to this there is always a 50/50 chance that the overall process will not take. The first time it was perfect, from the start to the delivery. The start of the second was a little rocky, but we nor did the team give up and today we are leaving with a new little bundle a growing and eventually will meet his/hers amazing parents and big sister. This company and team are amazing. As busy as it can be they are always there for our needs. I am so thankful we trusted them to help grow a family for a dear friend. Thank you all so much for your love and support. You guys are amazing in what you do.

I absolutely looked forward to all of my appointments at CARE Fertility in Bedford. Not all of my procedures were enjoyable, but the doctors, nurses, and staff all did a great job making me feel as comfortable as they could!! Dr Doody remained positive even when I was not throughout this process. Everyone was very friendly and informative. Very satisfied with the end result.

I had very successful results. I became pregnant after my first transfer. Dr. Doody, the nurse staff, surgical staff, everyone was so supportive, positive and just lovely.

Overall experience was awesome. Nurses and Dr, Thomas are all extremely professional and safe. Very helpful when i had any questions outside of office hours as well.

Dr. Kathleen Doody is amazing. She truly cares about you and does everything she can to ease your fears and is there when you need her. Her nursing staff is caring and compassionate. They know what they are doing.

Dr. Kathy is patient, kind, and grounded in science. I appreciate how she is honest about our chances of conceiving but positive with their opportunity. Though the Coronavirus pandemic has caused all healthcare to adjust how they work, Dr. Doody's office has done an excellent job keeping the flow of patients in a safe way. I always feel safe coming into the office. I have been at another clinic for fertility treatments and CARE Fertility is definitely a shining jewel. Thank you for your support and help in conceiving twice.

Made the process of untying my tubes very simple and now we have a beautiful baby girl who turns 6 months old this week! I cannot say enough positive things about Dr Kathleen Doody and her staff at Care Fertility . My husband and I decided to schedule an appointment with Dr. Doody in April 2019. I had 2 failed transfers with another physician Needless to say they were horrible experiences, my sister in -law recommended Care Fertility and they have been a breath of fresh air. The entire staff is welcoming, positive, and a pleasure to work with. When I expressed concerns about insurance, one of the staff members called my insurance to document that it would be covered and promised to fight it if they tried to bill me. Scheduling was always simple. All of the nurses are so kind and thorough. I most often communicated with Lee Ann or Arisely . Dr. Doody is honestly one of the best parts of the practice for me. As I mentioned earlier, when I walked into the office,I was overwhelmed and frustrated and really scared about what might be going on. She spent over an hour in that first appointment looking closely at all of my past history, answering all of my questions, and reassuring us that we'd make a game plan moving forward. She is so incredibly knowledgeable and patient that I immediately felt at ease with that appointment. I also really appreciated her extensive background in genetics. No matter what the future held, I knew I would be in good hands. She repeated all of the tests and her staff always made it a point to call me as soon as possible ,I feel so supported throughout the entire process. I feel empowered to make the best decision for treatment moving forward. She presented all of the available options with research-based information to help us weigh the various costs and benefits and answered all of our questions honestly and thoroughly. We never felt pressured to choose one option over the other. She is truly all about helping couples make the right decision for them. Infertility can be isolating and frustrating. The front office staff is courteous. There has been 20 min or more wait time each of my visits but I’ll wait for Dr. Kathy. I just wish had known my out of pocket cost before scheduling my surgery. ????????‍♀️

I had a tubal reversal by dr K. Doody in 2007, after a divorce and remarried I now have my miracle baby. He was born 6 weeks early but perfectly healthy now. Would very highly recommend this office. The staff was amazing and the dr herself was outstanding.

I cant say enough good things about Center For Assisted Reproduction. The Day I walked through the door the staff has been nothing but amazing! The clinic is so clean and the staff is so sweet and caring. Dr Kathleen Doody was my Dr and from the very start she walked us through the entire process and if we had questions she was always so patient and answered any question that we might have had.
