Dr. Dodsworth has always been a wonderful provider for me- always patient with my questions, and always gentle with her procedures.... and I AM a senior!

Dr. Dodsworth is one of the most reasonable, realistic, down to earth, compassionate doctors I’ve ever met. I came to her with a small issue that I just wanted fixed, in and out, but she made sure that she did a full scan of my foot health. She actually told me that what I was experiencing was different than what two other podiatrist had told me. And what she told me was more comforting than one the other two had told me. I came for one thing and she took care of it perfectly. But then we talked about how I can improve my foot health in general. No other podiatrist has done that for me. We had some really great small talk in between which is also something I haven’t experienced with a doctor. I never want to go anywhere else for my podiatry needs. Thank you Dr. Dodsworth. Was with a different podiatrist for a few years that kept having me come back and never fixed the issue. Dodsworth figured out within an hour what was wrong and by the next day, my foot pain was 50% better!

Both Dr. Dodsworth and Joanne are the best in the profession. I have enjoyed all my visits to her office. I highly recommend her.

If there was a minus it would be more accurate, My mom, new to town, made an appointment, they called her and she neglected to note the name of the MD, I called to verify to the appointment in the am, the receptionist was snide. My mother- who is 83 years old - is independant, drives and is a very proud lady- GPS took her to an incorrect spot, she received a call from the receptionist, while she was trying to get through traffic stating "you know we charge for missed appointments", My mother explained her situation and that she was trying to get there- she is new to Rochester and depends on her GPS, they told her not to come. When she returned home there was a message on her phone "Next time you come to an appointment you MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A FAMILY MEMBER" Honestly ? How do people think that they can speak to older folks like this, so if you get lost you are a non-functioning elder-she cried HOW ABOUT SOME RESPECT AND LETTING FOLKS HAVE THEIR DIGNITY ? 2 days later she received a bill for $40. She went the extra mile to make me comfortable. My situation was very painful and needed immediate treatment. She could automatically tell what needed to be done and took care of it that day. I highly recommend her as I felt no pain at all when I left her practice and my issue was resolved. I have to go back for a similar issue and I'm not scared at all because I know the pain will go away and I won't feel anything during the procedure. I was very scared the first time and I'm not concerned at all now. She went the extra mile to make me comfortable. My situation was very painful and needed immediate treatment. I spoke with staff on the phone 3 times in making the appointment to discuss insurance and the fact that our son (17) would be coming alone. When he arrived he was told that he could not be seen without a parent. And 4 hours later they have not even picked up the phone to explain the miscommunication. It may be office policy, although he has attended other medical appointments by himself, but they should explain it up front. We waited a month just to get into the practice. Dr. Dodsworth is an amazing podiatrist. I have had so many issues in my lifetime with my feet. I moved away from my past doctors and found one that was horrible.. after doing research, I called and made an appointment. She is so dedicated to what she does. She made phone calls to doctors and labs and went the hole 9 yards because she cared. Cared about helping me heal. She personally reached out to my other doctors to come up with a game plan. Its very rare to find doctor like her that cares so much. I am blessed to have found her. I highly recommend Dr. Dodsworth. Dr. Dodsworth is an amazing podiatrist. She is by far the best podiatrist I have ever been to. I was treated with kindness, concern & professionalism. Her office staff is just wonderful They all are very kind & helpful. I had only been a patient of Dr Dodsworth for one week when a concern arose with my foot & they fit me in the very same day. You're actually treated like you're in a true Dr's office They check your weight, vital signs, just as they would in your primary care's office. I can't say enough good things about Dr Dodsworth
