Dr. Eilandfeld is great to work with because she listens and was clear, concise and very thorough with follow through. I had a very difficult time adjusting to my new norm which includes Perifreal Vestibulopathy. Dr Eilandfeld knew what was wrong and got the testing and physical therapy in place very quickly. I appreciate her so very much. I also would like to complement her staff for being so great to work with. Thanks to everyone.

On all my visits, I found Dr. Eilenfeld to be very helpfull and knowledgeable with my condition. Unlike my previous doctor. Wait time was on par as the usual, and the staff were nice and courteous.

Horribly busy. Only in office as a general practitioner four days a week, and only half a day on those days. Her nurse is a rude, awful person. Also the doctor is slow on refills, and doesn't seem to mind letting patients go into withdrawal. She needs to either focus on her patients full time or go full time with her palliative care business. Also, the doctor doesn't like to explain her decisions. Whole office is passive aggressive.

Worst doctor in greater Cleveland.

my mom has never had such a capable caring doctor. Her health has vastly improved since she has been seeing Dr eilenfeld
