Once in a blue moon you get lucky enough to find a physician that embodies all of the traits that make a doctor really stand out—clinical acumen, technical expertise and great bedside manner. Dr. Cordova is that physician. I had an extensive Mohs surgery on my nose, requiring not only the removal of the cancer but the reconstruction of the excision site. Dr. Cordova did a superb job. My husband is a plastic surgeon and he was very impressed by the transposition flap she performed. I don’t think I’ve ever had a better experience. Her staff also amazing. I can’t say enough good things about this doctor and this practice. Highly recommended.

I had a small skin cancer removed from my head and it went perfectly. Dr. Cordova explained everything that was going to happen before hand. She has a very nice bed side manner and put me at ease while she performed surgery. I would give her a 6 star rating if there was such a thing!!!

Wonderful Dr and staff

Dr. Cordova is friendly but efficient. I was already familiar with mohs surgery and with the particular type of skin cancer I have, and she did not waste time going over information I already had. She told me exactly what I needed to know and answered the relevant questions with just the right level of technical knowledge. I found it extremely refreshing to find a doctor who could so quickly adjust to my knowledge level. I can't comment yet on her surgical skill, since I haven't had the surgery yet, but I will be surprised if it isn't first rate.

A follow-on visit to check the status of a persistent fingernail dermatology problem. She has taken a personal interest in curing this difficult condition, and is in consultation with other experts in the field. I have great confidence that Dr. Cordova solve the problem.

She took the time to explain the procedure and answered all my questions. She was friendly and had a sense of humor which I found refreshing. Doctors forget sometimes that a sense of humor can be reassuring and put a patient at ease.

A week later I had the stitches on my face removed and am extremely happy with the results as they look now; though she assured me that it is going to look better once completely healed. Very thorough in explaining what she was going to do. Apparently, very experienced and conveys confidence that she cares about you and will do the best possible in minimizing scar tissue. Quite conservative regarding follow-up procedures but better safe than sorry.

Dr. Cordova is the best. I had a basil cell under my eye. She did her thing and a week later after the stitches are out it looks great and hardly like she did anything. Dr. Cordova gave me 5 stitches so I did expect something, but since she knows plastic surgery I really feel I was in the best of hands and the results are wonderful. I highly recommend if your thinking about this kind of doctor. The office is friendly and both times I didn't have to wait beyond my appointment time, always a plus.

My appointment was on time and Dr Cordova explained everything, was open to my questions and was professional. The attending staff was equally helpful and exceeded my expectations.

Dr. Cordova and her staff are outstanding. They always treat me with kindness, compassion, and concern. Dr. Cordova takes the time to ensure that you understand both the procedure and after care instructions while answering any questions that you may have. There are many Moh's surgeons in the valley however; Dr. Cordova is far and away the best in both her professionalism and level of true concern for her patients.

Dr Cordova had a difficult task pulling the skin together on my forehead after she removed the cancer. She did an amazing job! And did it in the same visit. I am very pleased with the results and highly recommend Dr. Cordova.
