Karny Jacoby

I have never taken the time to rate a doctor, but this is certainly an exception. I’ll keep it short. Absolute most strange Dr appointment I’ve ever had in my life. Wow.

She is gentle and understanding.She explains problem well.

Dedicated and wonderful surgeon. Highly recommend.

Took weeks to get an appointment but have heard good things about Dr. Jacoby, so I stuck it out. Didn't even get so see her. After taking work off and driving 30 min from Seattle to Kirkland for a 9:30am appointment, I arrive at the clinic and am told by the receptionist that my appointment had been cancelled. They did not bother to call me earlier in the morning (common courtesy would have been at least an hour in advance). It was a waste of my time and very inconsiderate on their part, I do not plan on rescheduling with her and instead have opted to see a specialist elsewhere. Dr Jacoby is one of the best urologists out there. She is knowledgeable and very skilled. I had issues with others misdiagnosising me, but she has been helpful and doesn't give up on making sure her patients feel better.

I have been to at least 3 urologist and Dr Jacoby is by far the best I have seen, she is on top of the current medical information and is easy to talk to

If I could leave negative stars I would. Previously suffering from kidney stones, I recognized the acute pain and went to the ER. I was referred to WA Urology, where I made an apt to see Dr. Jacoby. She sent me for a CT scan, I received the results in my online medical chart prior to receiving a call from Dr. Jacoby. The results showed a cyst on my kidney and pelvic fluid. Normally nothing to be concerned about, but stated if that is where the pain is, it should be further evaluated. Dr. Jacoby had a nurse from her office call me to review the results. She stated there were no stones and maybe I pulled a muscle, to follow up with my PCC. Being an active athlete, I know what a pulled muscle feels like... I asked about the cysts and fluid I read in the CT results. The nurse placed me on hold and came back and said cysts on your ovaries are normal. I said this is a cyst on my kidney. I was told they don't treat that and to follow up with my PCC. So I'm left in pain with little to no ans

Dr. Jacoby is a fantastic doctor. She is always knowledgeable, personable and cares about her patients. Also the office staff are very friendly and kind.

I am a male with MS who suffers from loss of bladder control. Dr. Jacoby for almost ten years now has treated my disorder very effectively, the doctor's expertise is top notch, she is friendly and helpful and I am very comfortable with her.

In reply to the person who said she doesn't answer questions, you must have seen her doppelganger from the Dark Side, because in my more than 5 years of seeing her, she has ALWAYS answered every question I've asked and was very easily understood. I would rate her TEN stars if I could.

In seeing her for the 1st time, my first impression was that she is confident, professional and beautiful. Also knowledgeable. I was the for a rectal/urological issue. She was able to put into my level comprehension. I left with complete understanding and relief. I just know im in good hands as i approach surgery. The side note here is that while i was in the 1st visit i became aware that she Also does plastic surgery. I've played with the idea over the years and suddenly even more so. But not by her persuasion. Rather her brochures and a tiny mention of it by her. It's because of the characteristics I've already mentioned that I'm more strongly considering some facial work. Dr. Jacoby is an excellent Urologist and surgeon. She did my bladder surgery two years ago and gave me my life back! She is a quilter. . and a quilt hangs in each exam room .. you know she is excellent at hand work/stitching! A great skill in a surgeon. She and her staff treated me with respect and from my first visit, my exams were private, thorough and conducted with the utmost professionalism. I highly recommend her! I called the office to get clarity about the infection my husband. We were told that they did not have time to answer our questions. We were also sent a certified letter accusing my husband of secretly recording an appointment with the doctor. This was absolutely ridiculously! When we went to a primary care doctor, she had received a letter as well. We asked Dr. jacoby's office to remove the letter from the medical records. They refused.
