Excellent! Great command of my condition and great plan for treatment! I was so nervous and this was my 3rd consult, but his capability eased my worry and I had a very successful procedure. The clinic staff is terrific as well!!!

Top notch doctor! I've had a lot of Dr.'s appointments these last couple of months and did not realize how many doctors could be so rude and care so little about you or your health. I've been so concerned about so much but especially my hands. They are kinda important. I've been nervous for days about this appointment. But Dr. Bilderback and his entire staff from the reception desk to the x-ray techs and even when I called with a question later that afternoon, were so nice. I appreciate his thorough direct approach and that he listened to my concerns and did what he could to help. Finding a good doctor is like finding a rare gem these days. And we were in out of there with x-rays, a very thorough exam, and ultrasound guided injections in both hands, within an hour. And the office is beautiful! Top notch doctor! Was referred to Dr Bilderback after my 11 year old son broke his arm. Called every day for 3 days trying to get an appointment for him to get his cast. Every time I called I was assured the nurse would call me back to schedule the appointment. On the third day of calling I was finally informed that the doctor was on vacation and wouldn’t be back for a week. When I ask the receptionist why she hadn’t told me that from the beginning, she rudely told me that it wasn’t her job to tell me anything. So now I’m looking at another 2 days (the weekend) before my son can get treated for his broken arm. I assure you he will not be treated at this office! I had an appointment today with Dr. Bilderback and was highly impressed and was treated extremely well...his staff extremely friendly and informative...could not have asked for more..I am always pleased with specialist in Shreveport ❗️Will continue to go back and will always recommend this doctor❗️

I was seriously injured a year ago, and was having trouble getting straight answers from 2 other hand surgeons that I had seen. Dr. Bilderback listed my problems and gave me a plan for each one. While I realize nothing will make my arm normal, I am much better and very grateful for the help that he gave me.

He is a fraud and a liar. He lied on his report to the insurance company on a comp case to benifit them. I wouldn't reccomed him to my worse enemy.

Dr Bilderback was wonderful! He was easy to talk to, explained everything to me and my son, and answered all of our questions and our concerns. Made us feel very comfortable with the treatment presented. I highly recommend him!

He might be a good surgeon but he's a horrible physician, and the same goes for the staff that I encountered. The triage nurse or whatever you call them barely acknowledged me, and Dr. Bilderback completely dismissed my concerns. I left with no course of treatment, no solution, nothing. He ran no tests and barely examined me, but he's more than willing to take that insurance and my copay. Infuriating. Everything was explained to the absolute t. Dr.bilderback has a great bedside manner & joe was awesome too staff included. I highly recommend this group for any & all orthopedic injuries thank you all..????✅

I left the appointment with no course of treatment, no solution, nothing. He ran no tests and barely examined me, but he's more than willing to take that insurance and my copay after waiting 45 minutes. Infuriating.

This man is so disrespectful, unprofessional, and rude. He stormed out of the office but not before yelling bluntly, being so abrupt, and dis-tasteful. I would not recommend anyone to see him because he goes from 0-100 in 5 seconds. Watch out! The first thing he does is shake your hand but you Dare not to have any questions for him because you just assured yourself a roller coaster ride from hell, that leaves you wondering what just happened? Been had that's what, humiliated and he profited!

I have gone to see Dr. Bilderback several times. He's always nice and he explains what is going on, in depth. I had a right wrist arthroscopy in April of 2015. I haven't had any problem with my wrist since the surgery. Surgery is always a last option. I would recommend anyone to go see him.

Good surgeon with an awful staff. Rude receptionist, the girl in charge of questions and scheduling is dumber than a bag of bricks and can't get anything right, and some of his other staff constantly used inappropriate humor. I regretted not walking out after the first billing mistake (I'm up to 5 now!) and I super regret going through with the surgery. Everyone here just treats you horribly and I left both appointments incredibly upset from the callous ways my treatment was handled. Good surgeon with an awful staff.
