They front desk is HORRIBLE !! my 72 year old mother went and had xrays after a car accident and got a call from her pharmacy that she had a prescription for pain meds but no one called her to tell her what was wrong .. it has been OVER A WEEK !!! She has tried to call and see and no one has called back and it was March 09 when the prescription was called in .. DEFINITELY need to front desk staff !!! Dr. Karim was really helpful, I was in so much pain for weeks, and thanks to him I feel so much better. He was very kind, and understanding, along with his professionalism. His team was also great. I highly recommend Dr. Karim to any family or friends! He truly cares!

Wonderful doctor and a caring staff that has the patient’s long term care to improve their life is the main concern!!!!

Absolute NIGHTMARE!! All they want to do is surgery on any and everything you have going on. This was one of the most horrendous experiences I have ever encountered!

Terrible experience---all I needed was a steroid injection ordered by my neurosurgeon to help me get to surgery in two months. After several calls and great confusion, they refused to allow me to see Dr Rasheed until I had at least two office visits first--then maybe I would get the injection ordered by my neurosurgeon. Save yourself some frustration and stay clear of this office. Ridiculous! My husband and I went to this sorry place and Dr. Rasheed told my husband that to help with his pain, they wanted to do surgery and implant a device in his back to control his pain. No tests, no other methods did they even try, or even discuss trying .. Just immediately want to do surgery. And the nurse was nasty when I told her that there was a paper they wanted him to fill out that basically asked if you are a drug addict... Like who the hell is gonna honestly say they are??? She got an attitude towards me about it. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. They just want the insurance money, they are not about helping anyone out. Just want to get paid. I have been really impressed with Dr. Rasheed and his team. Everyone has been so nice and is really concerned about my health. Dr. Rasheed has done two procedures on me so far. And he is amazing and gentle. Such a wonderful doctor and has an incredible bedside manner!!!!! Thank you Dr. Rasheed and staff from the bottom of my heart!

The staff here is courteous, kind, attentive, knowledgeable & skillful. I feel very safe in their care. Dr. Rasheed has helped me by relieving my pain allowing me to live a near-normal life. No other physician has been able to accomplish this. He is forthcoming, caring, compassionate, knowledgeable & ensures follow-up is performed with each patient. I'm sorry for those who feel they had unfortunate experiences, but I have had the best. I will continue using the services of Dr. Rasheed & his staff for as long as I have issues requiring his care. Dr. Rasheed and his staff are so respectful and listened to our questions and answered them before we left.

The staff was very disrespectful to me and they will not listen to what you have to say. Do not go here

Dr. Rasheed is a very compassionate and knowledgeable doctor. He wants to find the source of your pain and alleviate it permanently. .if possible. He incorporates interventional pain management as well..such as PT, heat/ice, smoking cessation,TENS, massage, stretching, exercise, healthy living,etc. He also performs epidurals, steroid injections, trigger point injections, facet, botox,etc. 1 RN is rude, ignore her, the others are kind He helped me immensely and I will always be grateful
