Karen Parks is a wonderful doctor. She does a fantastic job.

I had my first injection on lower right back and the results were satisfactory. It was recommended to have a second injection on the left lower back. For the second injection, even though the diagram was clearly mark on left side, and every time when nurses came in the room to verify the procedure, they were told it is the left side, at the end they end up doing the injection to the on the right side. After that the procedure, the pain came back. After several weeks of attempting to contact Dr. Park to discuss the issue, I was told I have to make an office visit. Not only they charged me for the visit, Dr. Park did not even take responsibility of her error. Very disappointing how poorly they handled the mistake made by her and her staff.
