Dr. Karen Murray was fantastic ! Very personable very detailed eye exam. Was able to get me in the evening after work which was greatly appreciated . She was also very honest which is huge too me not out to try and sell me anything I didn’t need. Glad to know there are still honest doctors in this world . I will definitely be back ! Dr Murray is very personable. She takes her time with you to thoroughly examine your eyes and to ensure you get the correct glasses you need. Glasses are a little expensive but you get high quality glasses and care. Highly recommend.

Tried to schedule an examination. The person answering the phone said that she couldn’t schedule an appointment until I filled out a form. She then emailed me a poorly constructed form which, other than name and address, the form was asking for all kinds of personal info that was not relevant to an eye exam. After several failed attempts to fill out the form online, I gave up and printed to fill out manually. The form printed weird, but I filled out and re-sent. Called to follow up and was told that she needed time to verify my info and would call back then to schedule the appointment. Couldn’t tell me when that would be. That’s the point I said thanks and hung up. Scheduled an appointment with Geauga Vision Of Chagrin. Much better service. Advise to Dr Murray: streamline this process. Great patient experience. Dr. Murray uses latest technology to assess eye health. I was in and out in 45m, which included full ultrasound of the eye and cornea scan. They also have great selection of eyewear.

Dr. Karen Murray is the best! She’s highly competent, thorough and never rushed! Plus, she is very friendly, personable and very caring! Dr. Murray explains the necessity and purpose of all parts of the exam. They have a great selection of frames and she’s up-to-date on the latest trends!

Dr. Murray and her staff have always taken great care of myself and my mom. She shows you what's going on and explains everything so we understand and gives us the best options to make our vision the best it can be. I highly recommend her for you next appointment

Dr. Murray isn't my eye doctor. But, I had a bit of an emergency and she was nearby. She was incredibly helpful and friendly (and didn't even charge me). When an eye place down the street told me to "Try Wal Mart" Dr. Murray actually understood the situation and helped out. I'll definitely consider using her when I do need an eye exam. Dr. Murray gave me an annual eye exam. When I told her I was changing jobs and going back to working on a computer and had a hard time seeing, she suggested fitting me with mid-range glasses that enable me to see my computer screen from a couple feet away and up close. The glasses are terrific and have made my life so much easier. I can see so much better while working and wear the glasses when I'm reading as well. She was very committed to making my transition better and I highly recommend her for exams and glasses. Dr. Murray gave me an annual eye exam. Dr. Karen Murray has been my eye doctor for years now. She has helped me out with various emergencies with my eyes through the years and assisted me and getting the appropriate treatment. She has been flexible to quickly see me. Routine eye care has also been great and wonderful assortment of frames etc. Very close to home too. She is a very caring professional.
