Great clinic and the staff is amazing especially Christina from the billing department which help me a lot.

This review isn’t for the doctor but for a staff member called Monica. The worst most threatening treatment I’ve ever received in my life because my referring primary care doctor’s office was delayed in sending in my records which I also have a copy of. I got yelled at over the phone and truly abused and insulted. I was in shock to hear anyone addressing someone in such a manner for absolutely NOTHING I did.i plan on reporting this. Dr. Karen Haglof is literally like a cool breeze on a hot summer day. Not remotely condescending, explains everything clearly and concisely; simply an overall pleasure to be around. I wish she was a PCP because I'd go to the doctor more often! Going to the doctor sucks, especially a hematologist/ oncologist, but the experience was such a pleasure and she really set me at ease. Bonus: the staff is just as fantastic. Friendly, kind and sociable. Lastly, the office is so clean, I did not see a single spec of dust in the whole place. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The strong presence of Dr. Karen Haglof is the first thing that I noticed upon our meeting. Optimistic, present, and concerned are some qualities that make up this strength. And then you enter the basement and it's like another world. People, just like you, lounging in large, comfortable chairs getting their infusions. The staff here, gentle, and respectful. Unfortunately, things can get a bit chaotic and wait time long. This could easily be addressed with some ground rules. I was referred to Dr. Haglof after receiving a scary blood test result. She was straightforward, direct, and explained everything in detail. She answered all my questions and took all the time I needed. She is an excellent physician.

Had my first appt with dr. haglof this past week and was very impressed. She really took her time to explain everything and go over my work in full detail. She also answered all my questions in a manner that I could understand. The office is also beautiful and the staff were all friendly as well. Would definitely recommend her!

excellent doctor, nice office, loan sharks for billing annual 24% rate applies....lol was there over a year left as soon as i saw that on my bill....which has always been paid, and paid on time, and paid in full

DR. HAGLOF HAS BEEN ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL IN HER CARE AND TREATMENT OF ME. HER BEDSIDE MANNER COULD NOT BE BETTER. SHE IS A COMPASSIONATE, SUPPORTIVE AND INTELLIGENT DOCTOR WHO GOES THE EXTRA STEP. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER!

I have been with Dr. Haglof for a bit over a year. She is an excellent doctor and just a very nice person to be around in general. But, just yesterday I receieved a small $10 bill for items not yet covered under my co-pay - no problem. The problem is the 24% in intrest accuring. I always pay my bills - and on time. I am not going to put up with this. Are these doctors or loan sharks....am i a healthcare patient or a 19 year old with his first credit on a spending spree ???? Count me out

I have been to several hematologists over the years concerning my P-VERA. Dr. Haglof was the only doctor to truly listen to what i was telling her and not just go by the book/prescribed treatments. She is open minded, very attentive, and an overall very pleasant person.

Excellent doctor who really knows her specialty. Nice and caring also.
