In this unusual time, I've appreciated Karen's willingness to use a tele-health option for our sessions. She communicated all of the information beforehand to make the meeting set-up seamless, and we were able to have very productive conversation. I missed being in her office, but her kind, thoughtful, extremely competent approach is no less effective in a virtual format. I value the opportunity to work with Karen through tele-health and will certainly continue to do so.
